Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un reinforced) in benching and surface channels,bedding etc. below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar as in concrete bed, haunching set in cement mortar of 150 mm Dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 1.5m wide in manholes,etc. and getting out any type of Soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling in mass concrete for manholes & drains complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in benching and surface channel of Manholes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including form work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exceeding 20mm & dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type brought up to courses complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl, forms mould, mi-tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary sufaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete NP2 drain pipes 150 mm Dia pipes confirming to IS laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 150mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reinforced concrete NP2 drain pipes 200 mm Dia pipes confirming to IS laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:2 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested; in cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for 200mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cutting in to existing manhole for connectiing new drain 150 mm bore , making good to pipe & rendering cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 smooth finished & reforming benching as requierd complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in layer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes upto 1.00m depth by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & bailing out water complete manually or mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance outside MD land and buried in pits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes exceeding 1.00m but not exceeding 2.00m depth by means of removing the silt, sludge, etc & baling out water complete manually or mechanically and removing the sludge to a distance outside MD land and buried in pits complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of choked sewage lines of any bore of pipe including drains by roding and well flushing with water taking out waste materials any quantity and depositing where directed including covering the same with at least 30cm thick layer of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning/taking out sludge/mud/silt from septic tank of 50 users capacity by manually or mechanically in foul condition including dewatering septic tank, when ever required including removing of sludge/muds/silt in a closed container vehicle to a safe distance outside MD land and or buried in pits by making necessary excavation for filling of sludge and covering by earth on top properly including removing stone patti/ RCC cover slab and refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning/taking out sludge/mud/silt from septic tank of 25 users capacity by manually or mechanically in foul condition including dewatering septic tank, when ever required including removing of sludge/muds/silt in a closed container vehicle to a safe distance outside MD land and or buried in pits by making necessary excavation for filling of sludge and covering by earth on top properly including removing stone patti/ RCC cover slab and refixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Dewatering and desludging of foul water and Sludge from soakage wells/Septic tanks manually or mechanically in a closed vessel/container vehicle to a distance outside MD landas complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- The actual volume of foul water shall be measured and paid in this item.

M&L for removal of blockage in between WC and nahani trap/WC to 1st manhole/floor trap to nahani trap etc, by flexible roding and removal the all dirt upto a distance of 100m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantaling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted, set, jointed and grouted in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 5cm thick Sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc.n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of cast iron RCC, AC or PVC pipe jointed in CM any 100mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes of 110 mm dia, single socketed fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes of 75 mm dia, single socket fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100 bore of pipe stack clamps out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia orsecuring with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of RCC/steel posts/struts any section , including taking out embedded in concrete, brick work or stone masonry including taking out embedded portion etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 11 to 15mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- This item shall be measured and paid as per actual weight or standard weight as per SSR which ever is less.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire for chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of stranded rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provisions of galvanized MS wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Restringing and re-securing of old barbed wire fencing etc with and including galvanized MS wire including making good staples complete to existing loosed barbed wire fencing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Each line wire shall be measured

Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S &F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and decorative cast iron artical etc.(Fe-410-W Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition for precast concrete articles and precast contrete block walling etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in louvers & Jallies, 35mm thick including all mouldings set in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in columns, posts, boundary pillars,with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
