Excavation in trenches exceeding 1.5 metre wide and exceeding 1.5 metre deep for laying cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre from the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type-1 flat size (300x180x40) mm for cable protection including taking out old damaged cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Laying only GI pipe 80mm dia medium grade / light grade for cable protection laid in trenches/structures/walls including necessary MC clamps, bolts, nuts, fastners etc including taking out the rusted pipes from the trenches complete all as specified and as directed. Note: GI pipe will be issue under Sch 'B'.

Dismantling of old ACSR conductor from the disturbed span including line spacer and unserviceable material and depositing to MES store yard for further use all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old earth wire or copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span etc and removing unserviceable material from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable/defective (Pin type, Shackle type etc) insulators of any size/type and removing materials from site of work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down mild steel cross arms, MS channels, angles, clamps from pole structure and depositing to MES store yard for further use all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-II) of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor conforming to IS: 7098 (Part-II) of size 70 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 Core HT XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable for size 50/70/95 Sqmm after cutting out the faulty joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for insulator Pin type, grey polymer insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified.

M & L Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing / calibration / trouble shooting / repairing / adjustment of over current relay, earth fault relay, Spring, spring charge mechanism, close coil, trip coil, including connected accessories cleaning of all contacts with CTC, of the 11KV HT VCB panel of 630A, 50 Hz by qualified technical personnel to make functional in all respects including identifying the defective parts complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia 150mm long reinforcement, watering funnel, 40 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as specified and directed and tested on completion.

Disconnecting and removing transformer from mounting platform after disconnecting HT/LT side cable connections and transporting of unserviceable transformer for rewinding from MES sub station to contractors/civil workshop and vice versa by arrangement of necessary crane for taking down loading / unloading and refixing at site all as specified and as directed of following capacity :- (Note : Srl No. 22.00 is here by continued as Srl No. 22.01 to 22.02)

Rewinding of transformer of under mentioned capacities by super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of primary coil with `E’ class insulation, varnishing and heating the coil properly, fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current all as specified and directed. (Note : Srl No. 23.00 is here by continued as Srl No. 23.01 to 23.02)

Rewinding of transformer of under mentioned capacities by super enamelled copper wire as per existing gauge of secondary coil with `E’ class insulation, varnishing and heating the coil properly, fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:- (Note : Srl No. 24.00 is here by continued as Srl No. 24.01 to 24.02)

Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nut, washers etc of suitable dia for transformer all as specified and directed of following capacity :- (Note : Srl No. 25.00 is here by continued as Srl No. 25.01 to 25.03)

Supply only ceramic bushing on HT side of transformer all as specified and directed of following capacity:- (Note : Srl No. 28.00 is here by continued as Srl No. 28.01 to 28.03) Make : Mysore potteries/BHEL/ Bikaner ceramic's.

Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV at 2 mm gap in existing possession of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various sub-station all as specified and directed.

M&L for aggregate for loose filling, with broken stone or boulders of gauge 40 to 80mm graded including stacking of materials in regular heaps/ stacks for measurement complete all as specified and as directed
