Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm ot approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per S.O.R. 30 S.I. 13.80 chp 15.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work (1st quality (Royal, silk) Asian, berger) as per S.O.R 24 S.I. 13.60.1 Chp 15.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (Two or more coat applied @1.67 Itr/10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface (ace Adv. walmasta) Asian, berger) as per S.O.R chp 15 S.I. 25 (14.66.1).

Scraping old white colour wash including disposal of trefuse as directed by engineer in charge with in a distance of 60m as per S.O.R. chp 17 S.I. 08 (708).

Cement concrete flooring 40mm with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement,complete with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate as per S.O.R. chp 14 S.I. 4(605) .

Providing & laying Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including complete as per S.O.R. 4(279B)chp 05.

Providing & applying ferroconcrete as waterproofing treatment as per attached analysis.

First Class brick work in 1: 4 cement and coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & Pete. required for proper completion of the work as per S.O.R.3(305b) chp 06.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles 600 x 600mm in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only. Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily as per D.S.R. 11.41A.1.1 p.g. no.194.
