Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 50 mm thick as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sqm each and finishing even and smooth on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 25mm thick as in flooring etc. finished the surface even and fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade or the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement concrete 1:6 for laying Kota Stone, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16-18mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar ,over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade or the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10mm thick plaster in cement concrete 1:3 for laying Kota Stone, including nosing/moulding of steps/edges from front side, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic tile 450x300x 7-8mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering (Broomed) in cement and sand mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured designer pattern tiles 400x400mmx7 to 8mm thick as in floors etc.set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to match etc, including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing RCC projection chajjas, roof, facia etc. by necessary preparation, scraping, cutting, chiseling derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates and reinforcement with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per Sqm but n.exc 3Kg/Sqm (if required) with or without facia and finished with cement mortar 1:3 using coarse sand and work in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm and thickness RCC member n.exc 200mm including necessary formwork and applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete. NOTE: welded mesh rate shall be included in the quoted rates. No extra payment will be paid for the item.

M&L for dismantling / taking down of existing roof treatment and roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and applying roof treatment with the following specification : i. Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @ 3Kg/Sqm ii. Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proffing compound as per manfactures instruction on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and evn including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof (leveling course) iii. Applying evenly one coat of cold bituminous primer conferming to IS 3384-1986 @ 0.40 Kg per Sqm on the cleaned plastered surfaces iv. Applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumin of grade 85/25 @1.2Kg per Sqm primed surfaces v. Applying a layer of APP base polymerie membrane, 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.00 Kg per sqm reinforces) with polyster non woven fabric wighing not les than 160 gms per Aqm by torch application. The overlap shall be not less than 100mm on transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlaps. vi. providing 20mm thick precast PCC tiles joined & pointed flush in cement mortar 1:6 over 15mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 using 5% creosote oil, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of water proofing chemical shall be included in quote rate.
