Providing under water diving services for KHEP stage I & II on ARC Basis

The prospective bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor at least one similar work i.e Underwater diving works on hydro-mechanical equipments with water depth not less than 30 meters of value not less than Rs. 15.44 Lakhs including GST (Underwater works alone should cost Rs. 15.44 Lakhs including GST) in any reputed Industry/PSU/Government organization in the preceding five years (i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25 and 2025-26). In proof of this, bidder should submit a work done certificate and corresponding work order issued by the competent authority (in case of state/central Government/Government under taking from officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent cadre and in case of KPCL not below the rank of Chief Engineer). (Weightage of 10 % per year applicable to previous work orders to bring the current year price level).

Agency shall upload work order pertaining to the workdone certificate uploaded.

Agency shall have income tax PAN

Agency must have valid PF registration certificate

Agency must have valid ESI registration certificate.

Agency should submit valid labour license.

Agency musy have valid GST registration Certificate with regular return filing.

The bidder in his name, should have in the last five years((i.e 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 ,2024-25 and 2025-26.) achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 30.87 Lakhs. In proof of this turn over certificate duly certified charted Accountant shall be furnished. (A Weightage of 10 % per year is applicable to previous annual turnover to bring the current year price level ).
