M&L for 12 mm thick polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on the wall surfaces, mixed with liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as per manufacturer’s instructions and including finishing the surfaces of the top layer even and smooth, including scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed, Make : Easy plast from M/s wall plast or chemplast or Readiplast from ultratech.

M&L for preparing new plastered surface of walls, and applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of putty 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed

M&L for leakage / seapage proof coating consisting of preparing the surfaces of newly plastered or existing exterior walls, parapet walls, chajjas etc. with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc, and filling cracks above 5 mm thickness with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or with plaster seal of STP Ltd and cracks less than 5 mm with Dr Fixit Crack X power or with plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dulex Aqua Tech base coat and applying one coat Dr Fixit prime seal primer or STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hrs) under torch dry condition and subsequently two coat of water proof decorative elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoat with DFT 100 microns or shalicry 215 of STP or dulex weather shield ( The surface after painting one coat shall be allowed to dry at 6 hours before next coat ) etc, complete all as per manufacturer instruction including necessary double scaffolding (building ht upto 24mtr) without damages the existing wall surface etc and all as specified and directed . (Note : The contractor will enter into triparty agreement with manufacturers, MES as one party regarding the guarantee clause of Seven/ Ten Years).

M& L for wall care putty thickness as per reqd on wall (brand Apex Ultima manufactured by Asian or Brand weather coat Maxx manufactured by Berger or equivalent as approved by GE) building ht upto 24mtr including necessary scaffolding and complete all as per manufacturers instructions

M&L Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre means radius built in cement mortar 1:6 includingdDemolition of brick work or stone/boulder, masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, archescomplete all as specified and as directed.

Water proofing treatment to Sunken floor are as under :- (a) Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush , detecting source of leakage/seepages and removing /taking down unsound treatment /surface. (b) M&L for making holes with drill machine of dia 18 mm for carrying out non-destructive water proofing treatment to floor , sunken portion of tiolet/bathroom and junction of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting with first course of Injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection with PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction etc and M&L for fixing the metalic packer for hydrofobic PU foam sealer as per manufacturer specification . Note :- (a) The PU foam and PU plain shall have 100% solids and solvent free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presense of water , the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D. Make :- Pedilite or equavalent.

M&L for tile joint chemical cleaning and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner prefer by of M/S Pidilite or equavalent cleaner again washing with freash jet water scratching the joints and filling the same with (white / matching color) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite ROFF RTM epoxy of equavalent curing cleaning the surface etc , complete all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

S&F Rolled sections as in chajjas , main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe 410 gde E incl dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F Steel work in tubular trusses beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 incl dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

M & L for 3 mm thk APP modified roof treatment over existing roof slab etc to be executed through approved authorised applicator of the membrane manufacturer with the following specifications including dismantling / taking out existing water proofing treatmentcomplete all as specified and directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.40 litre/ Sqm manufactured by the same manufacturer as that of APP with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per litre at 25 degree centigrade on the prepared dry surface. (b) Laying APP modified water proofing membrane reinforced with non woven polyester fibre weight not less than 160gm/Sqcm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap. (c) Physical properties of membrane shall be as under:- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160gm /sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650N/Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 N/Sqcm (v) Tear strength-longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250 N. (vi) Elongation : > 20% in both directions. (vii) Impermeability/water tightness at 2 Kgf/cm2. (viii) Water absorption - Not more than 1% on mass within 24 hours. (ix) Cold flexibility - Minimum (-) 20C. (x) Dimentional stability % change = Maximum 1%. (xi) thickness of memberane shall not less than 3 mm. Note bitumen primer will be meaasured seperately

Disconnecting existing water storage tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs to roof below, and replacing (or hoisting if required), re-fixing in position and re-connecting on completion of roof work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge for the following capacities: (a) upto and including 1000litres

(b) 1000 litres upto and including 2000litres Note : A sum of Rs 1,31,850.00.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
