Connected by 25x4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x 300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4) funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size in (1:2:4) Type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate ) reinforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1 (2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all excavation and earth work and connecting the earthling strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. S&F PUF insulated cylndrical tank of capacity 1000 Ltr Vertical type double layer duly filled with puf insulation superior quality to resist in temp -30 to +35 degree centigrade alongwith hinged top lid of same material with locking arrangement and hoisted on platform complete with making pipeline connection with the following specification:- (a) Inner tank will be double layered HDPE food grade material. (b) Outer 4mm thick FRP jointless casing of tank. (c) Thickness of PUF insulation shall be 75mm. (d) Minimum density of PUF insulationshall be 44 kg per/cum+ 10%. MAKE-ACE or equivalent.
