Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of 30 KVAR Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel board is fully automatic in operation and can achieve desired power factor 0.8 to 0.99 under fluctuating load condition, suitable shape and size as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge, outdoor cubical type PCC plinth mounted, outdoor type factory made, dust and vermin proof (Protection class IP-54) made out of 50 mm x 50 mm x 4 mm angle iron frame and 3.15 mm thick, MS CRCA sheet with front hinged opening, rubber lining, locking arrangement, painted externally and internally providing one coat of any corrosive coating and finally epoxy powder coating of flint grey shade (RAL-7032) an all steel surfaces complete with following:- (a) Incoming MCCB 63 Amp 35 KA 4 pole, 415 Volt, 50 Hz-01 No (b) Digital Volt meter 0-500 Volt-01 No (c) Digital Microprocessor controlled relay-01 No, auto switching system with indicating lamp-06 Nos, capacitor(as per load condition) with contactors -06 Nos (d) Complete wiring and PCC work.

M&L in replacement of 25x4 sqmm LT UG cable XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cables with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade passing through trenches/ducts/pipes and climbing on poles/walls including fixing with proper size of aluminium lugs.

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
