Taking down aluminium point wiring for light, fan, bell socket, power socket etc complete including fittings and fixtures removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing point wiring with using 1.5 Sq.mm (nominal area), multi stranded copper conductor, single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable (Maintaining Colour Code) 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping (size of casing caping as required at site but not less than 20mm) of suitable size including PVC accessories / fittings and fixtures fixed on surface , terminal boxes for mounting fittings/junction boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 sq.mm (nominal area), stranded copper conductor, single core PVC insulated FRLSH unsheathed cable green in colour as in earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and connecting upto fittings complete all as specified and directed for:- Note: The quoted rates shall be inclusive for fixing casing caping to surface with using PVC raw plugs and provision of terminal/junction boxes of any shape and size. Material and labour for concealed Point wiring with approved colour coding as per IS, with using 1.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) copper conductor unsheathed, multistranded, PVC insulated, single core cable FRLSH with earth continuity conductor of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor drawn through and and including non metallic , heavy duty PVC concealed type conduit of not less than 25 mm dia and including all accessories such as tee, bell mounth pieces and fixing accessories such as copulers, saddlers, pipe hooks etc, PVC junction boxes ISI marked with GI flush boxes / sunken boxes made out of 1.2 mm thick of any module from 2 to 18 modules confirming to IS-5139(pt-I0 of 1969 and IS : 14772-2000 with earth dolly including modular cover plates with frames i.e inner and outer plates extended upto 25mm over sunken box for housing the modular switches, sockets outlets, fan regulators etc with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing and connected to common earth dolly and connceting upto fittings including making good all disturbed work to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed for:- (a) One light /Fan /Ex Fan/Bell point controlled by one, one way switch Note :- (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases by chase cutter in wall / pillars / columns etc of any description for concealing the conduits to the required depth and making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:4) incld finishing the surface to match the existing surface.The point wiring at ceiling shall in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on ceiling surface with using necessary accessories / fittings. (ii) Point wiring & earth wire shall be connected to each & every flush / sunken box. (iii) All screws, fasteners , bolts, nuts & washers shall be cadmium plated & the cost of which is demmed to be included in the quoted unit rates.

M&L for providing sub main wiring with two single core 6.00 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC Insulated FRLSH unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawing through PVC casing-capping/ PVC Conduit complete as per direction/site rquirement including 6.00 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded FRLSH single core copper conductor cable for earth wire including taking down/removing old one and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Three runs of single core 6.00 Sqmm multi stranded copper cable and one run of casing caping/conduit shall be measured as one run length (ii) Extra length of cable required for connection to DBs/MCBs shall deem to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor against the item (iii) Earth wire run inside the casing capping/conduit.

Supply, installation, testing of SPN distibution board 8 way,double door , IP 43, as per IS 8623 including 100 Amps fully insulated copper bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles/glands including taking down existing unserviciable MCB/DBs including MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing of SPN distibution board 4 way,double door , IP 43, as per IS 8623 including 100 Amps fully insulated copper bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles/glands including taking down existing unserviciable MCB/DBs including MCBs complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCB 25 to 32 Amp SP&N, 240 volts 10 KA 'C' series with all incoming/outgoing connections with proper size lugs including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans/wall mounted fans of any type, sweep and make by disconnecting electric connection, dismantling blades, down rod and removing the fans to MES Store yard of AGE E/M Sub div for checking, repairing complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair fan condencer 2.5/ 4 MFD, 415 volts suitable capacity for ceiling/ exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball bearing of suitable size and capacity for ceiling/ exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of ceiling fan using synthetic enamel paint in two coat over one coat of primer of any make/sweep/model etc after cleaning/washing and fill up cavities using filler including writing MES NO Black Colour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hanging only ceiling fan any type/ sweep after repair and connecting up including provision of three core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to connector to fan including refixing of blades complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rewinding of ceiling fan of any size with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge incuding varnishing and drying complete reassembling & testing complete of size 1200/ 1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed. NOTE for item No 46.00 to 52.00 : -(i) Fans to be repaired/ rewinded will be handed over to contractor at MES store yard after cutting the burnt winding and cost of cutting of winding shall be included in the quoted rate. (ii) The cost of shifting the fan from MES store yard to contractors workshop and back shall be included in the item. (iii) Fans will be issued to the contractor in lots of 10 Nos and more for which, contractor shall ensure that minimum lot of 10 number each be returned to the department on every fifth day from the issue of fans after carried out rewinding and other repair, in failing so, the amount @ Rs. 20/- per fan per day shall be deducted from the contractor due till the returning of fan duly tested.

Taking down old unserviceable geyser of capacity 25/50 ltrs including all necessary electrical/water connection and keeping in safe custody for reuse inciuding all necessary minor repairs /servicing etc and checking serviceability of parts, necessary cleaning & reassembling the geyser, making necessary adjustment and refixing the repaired geyser in position, connecting to existing electric & water connections and testing at site complete all as specified and directed.
