Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles or any other descrption etc including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete unreinforced as in Ground Floor and paving n. exc. 15cm thick (above or below G.L.) complete including disposal of unservicable rubbish outside Cantt area all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth; for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc. not exceeding 10 sq. m on plan and getting out complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation in soft/loose soil over areas exc 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out depth not exc 1.5 mtr all as directed by Engineer-incharge complete, all as specified.

Earth work in excavation in soft/loose soil over areas exc 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out depth exc 1.5 mtr but not exc 3.0 mtr, all as directed by Engineer-incharge complete, all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channel/drains inside the manholes and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with and including using necessary use and waste of formwork for fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced concrete pipes 600 mm bore, class NP2, laid in level or to falls in trenches, etc.or on concrete bed or directly on hard ground as indicated and making joints and testing as specified complete with collars.all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2,using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete nominal mix 1:1.5:3 type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, of grade Fe-500D cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste of form work for rough finished surface to soffit of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing, chajja and similar work n.exc 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use & waste of form work for rough finished surface to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each,excavated soil in soft/loose soil, complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil/ excavated material to a distance exceeding 1.5 kilometre but not exceeding 5.0 kilometre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point outside MOD land complete, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, class designation 100, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild Steel Framed work as in guard bars/grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered/welded and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars/grills conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note: For the purpose of arriving at lumpsum amount, the amount of credit schedule i.e Sch 'A' section II (i.e Rs 7500.00 shall be deducted from the total amount arrived.
