OptionalManually written or hand written MOU?s will not be considered. Only typed MOU?s on Bond paper should be submitted with Tender item details of name of the work with dates. The MOU RMC must used at site

OptionalThe contractor who stand first lowest in the bid for works having Ready Mix Concrete shall have to submit an MoU with RMC plant owner / firm on Rs.100/- stamp paper as per the proforma enclosed before entering into agreement without fail
