Dismantling of old Aluminium/Copper strip of any size, complete including making good of disturbed portions of wall all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
S&F in replacement Air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long fixed including taking out old air termination rod complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement Aluminium strip 25x3.15 mm thick fixed with porcelain/PVC saddles suitable for aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm and fixing screws etc with minimum two number saddles with screws on and including PVC gutties in each one mtr of length for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in replacement Copper strip 20x3 mm thick fixed with porcelain/PVC saddles suitable for aluminium strip 25 x 3 mm and fixing screws etc with minimum two number saddles with screws on and including PVC gutties in each one mtr of length for roof conductors and down conductors above ground, complete all as specified and directed.
S&F in replacement Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
S&F in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of size 25 x 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts of galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part 1, 20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.70 mtr long, including necessary pit with cover, funnel including testing and submitting test results on completion including dismantling old unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge Note: Result of earthing shall be less than 1 Ohm. If result is more than 1 Ohm then the contractor has to re-earthing till result achieved less than 1 ohm. This deemed to be included in item rate.
