Excavation in foundation by manual means in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. Concrete with 40mm Gauge approved Stone ballast coarse sand of 2.20 - 3.60 F.M and cement in proportion of 8 : 4 : 1 in foundation and under floors including supply of all material, labour and T & P etc. Required for proper completion of the work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

M-150 brick work in 1:6 ( One cement and six coarse sand of 1.50 - 2.00 F.M mortar) in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

Cement concrete with 2cm guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand of 1.50 - 2.00 F.M mortar in super structure in one brick thick wall (230 mm) including necessary cutting and moulding of brick as required including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for the proper completion of the work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

Providing precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand (Zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size), reinforced with 1.6mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening , cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) etc complete, excluding plastering of the jambs , sills and soffits 5.18.1 50mm thick (Including all material, labour & machinery)

12 mm Thick plaster with one part of cement and four part of approved coarse sand including supply of all materials, labour and completion of work.(Including all material, labour & machinery)

Add for extra labour and materials for plaster over rough surface of one brick thick wall (Including all material, labour & machinery)

Finishing wall with water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with two coats to give an even shade including preparing surface by the throughly cleaning & sand preparing and supply of all materials,T&P & labour, required for proper completion of work and for each coat of water proof paint after the first two coat to give even shade. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base coarse on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.(Including all material, labour & machinery)

Cement concrete with 4cm guage approved stone ballast coarse sand and cement in proportion of 4:2:1 including supply of all materials, labour aand T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -35 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.2 -3.6 FM and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 4.5 mixed aggregate) in footing excluding supply of reinforcement binding the same with 24BWGGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc, and also including supply of all material labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand of 2.2 -3.6 FM and 2cm gauge approved stone grit in the proportion 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 4.5 mixed aggregate) in column excluding supply of reinforcement binding the same with 24BWGGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc, and also including supply of all material labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of the work. (Including all material, labour & machinery)

M.S. or TMT bars(FE-500D grade or higher) or HYSD Bars or iron in plain work such as R.C.C. or Column work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work shape and including supply of steel. Mild Steel or iron work of small size and section such as holding down bolts, hold fast, tie roads, gratings etc (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required form including supply of steel, bolts, nuts and wastages etc and its fixing required for proper completion work. Painting or varnishing work on wood /steel surface with one coat of ready mix priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality synthetic enamel paint including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust & other foreign materials, sand papering & stripping including supply of all materials ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
