REPAIR/MAINT OF LT PANELS, LT SWITCHGEAR WITH CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS PLACES AT NDA KHADAKWASLA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (Using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in stays and coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs GI Strip 32mm x 6mm in any position , bending in shape and fixing in position with suitable size GI nuts, bolts & washers or by welding complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of aluminium strip 25 mm x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty flat cable of size 4sqmm 2 core , pvc insulated aluminum stranded conductor , served with inner sheathing of pvc tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more then 1 mtr apart including replacing 4 mm suspension wire , complete all as specified and as directed.
