CA No GE/H/T-44/ 2026-27 SPL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF BAY LIGHTS FOR E/M AND AC INSTALLATION AT AHRR UNDER GE E/M R AND R HOSP DELHI CANTT-10

SITC Air Insulated Type Bus Trunking (BBT), 100 Amps, 4 Pole, aluminium conductor type, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC supply, comprising high conductivity aluminium bus bars housed in extruded aluminium alloy enclosure, dust, damp, vermin and rodent proof with minimum IP-54 degree of protection for indoor use, complete with all standard accessories including such as straight lengths, bends, offsets, elbows, tees, expansion joints, end covers, jointing kits, tap-off provisions, adaptor boxes, copper flexible connections for joints and terminations, insulating sleeves, shrouds, fire barrier/fire stop arrangement at wall and floor crossings, continuous earthing with suitable size GI/Cu earth strip, suspended from ceiling or mounted on wall with GI clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron framework, anchor fasteners and all fixing accessories complete, including dismantling and taking out existing XLPE cable carefully, disconnecting from existing system, making good disturbed surfaces and connecting the Bus Trunking system to existing LT panel/distribution system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installing, connecting to existing bus trunking / rising mains, testing and commissioning of 100 Amps, capacity End Feed Unit for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. with provision of MCCB (but without MCCB) complete with necessary joints including clamping brackets, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Tapoff Box 32 A capacity complete with necessary accessories as reqd on site.

Supplying, installing by suspension on ceiling, testing and commissioning of Air insulated Type Lighting Bus Trunking(LBT), 25 Amps, 4P, Aluminium BBT wih extruded Al housing, Dust & vermin proof with IP-55 (Indoor Type) Ingress Protection, incl 90 degree bends / elbows etc, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends,End Caps, fire barrier, provision of tapping, adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing of suitable size including, G.I. clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required including taking out old existing XLPE cable.

Supplying, installing, connecting to existing bus trunking / rising mains, testing and commissioning of 25 Amps, capacity End Feed Unit for use on 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50Hz A.C. with provision of MCCB (but without MCCB) complete with necessary joints including clamping brackets, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Plug in Box 10 A capacity, for bay light complete with necessary accessories as reqd on site complete all as directed.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of Flexible Joints made up of electrolytic grade Tin Plated Copper with Capacity of 25 A with standard 3P+N+PE configurationwith roll formed Galvanised sheet steel as enclosure, complete with necessary accessories as reqd on site complete all as directed.

Supply of LED based highbay Light Fixture with minimum system lumen outputs of 15000 lumens with a maximum system wattage of 100W. The fixture should be made of Pressure Die Cast aluminium body with IP66 Ingress Protection and Impact Protection Rating of IK10. The fixture should have a CRI>80 & CCT of 5700 K. The Fixture should have a operating Voltage Range of 140 - 270 V AC, Power Factor >0.95, THD<10% & Surge Protection upto 4 KV. The product should have a life class of 50000 hours @ L70. Respective LM79 & LM80 reports to be submitted to verify above paramters.

Supply of LED based Flood Light Fixture with minimum system lumen outputs of 22000 lumens with a maximum system wattage of 200W. The fixture should be made of Pressure Die Cast aluminium body with IP66 Ingress Protection and Impact Protection Rating of IK08.. The fixture should have a CRI>75 & CCT of 5700 K. The Fixture should have a operating Voltage Range of 140 - 270 V AC, Power Factor >0.95, THD<10% & Surge Protection upto 4 KV. The product should have a life class of 50000 hours @ L70. Respective LM79 & LM80 reports to be submitted to verify above paramters.

S & F in replacement cablofil hot dip galvanized cable trays, top cover, wall supports and jointing / fixing accessories for fixing over walls complete, size 54mm (Height) x 100mm (Width) all as specified.
