Providing and fixing of reinforced Ferro-Cement drain covers designed for 'A' class loading duly marked on cover with adequate steel reinforcement having thickness 75mm to 150mm anti corrosive bitumen painted M.S. plate, Rim and M.S. lifting hooks, Admixtures like plasticizer, bond improving compound, shrinkage, resistance compound, abrasion resistant complete as per approved design etc. Standard Size 1500x600mm (125mm thick) for span 701 to 1200mm

Construction of RCC Clear Water Reservoirs of required capacity including excavation in all types of strata, foundation concrete, container walls, bottom slab, top roof slab and food grade epoxy paint to inner face of the container and slab, including refilling and disposing of surplus stuff , all labour and material charges, providing and fixing accessories such as M.S./Alluminium ladder/RCC Stairs inside and outside, manhole frame and cover, puddle collar, ventilators, satisfactory hydraulic test and water tightness test as per IS code and providing three coats of cement paints on all exposed surface of structure etc. complete in all respect as per design data, criteria, obligatory requirements and detailed specifications, scope of work and GA drawing. The job include painting the name of the scheme and other details on the reservoir and any other work related to structure as per the directions of Engineer-in- Charge, Technical Specification and Scope of Work.

Notes

The rate indicated below are excluding the cost of pipes, specials and valve required for inlet, outlet, washout, overflow piping arrangement, but inclusive of DI puddle collar for inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipe of appropriate sizes to be embedded in concrete.

Below mentioned rates are for raft foundations with soil bearing capacity (SBC) of 10 MT/sqm and applicable for SBC more than or equal to 10MT/sqm and less than 18MT/sqm. These rates shall be increased or decreased for variation in SBC as below:

For foundation on SBC 7 MT/sqm applicable for SBC more than or equal to 7 MT/sqm and less than 10 MT/sqm, add 5%

For foundation on SBC more than 5 MT/sqm and up to 7 MT/sqm, add 7.5%.

For foundation on SBC more than 18MT/sqm rates decreased by 5 %

Following rates are for seismic zone II. For zone III, these rates shall be increased by 4% and for zone IV, these rates shall be increased by 9%. Concerned Executive Engineer shall confirm the seismic zone for the scheme from seismic zones plan before estimation and adopt appropriate rates as per actual seismic zones.
