Rejuvenation And Repairing of TW/DCB

2.1 Unlowering of submersible pump set along with lowering pipes with depth up to 120 mtr and submersible cable with safety from tube well, checking the pump set, transportation of pump set from tube well site to store as direction, receiving repaired / new pump set from store/ divisional store , testing the same, transportation to site and lowering back into tube well along with submersible cable, lowering pipes, specials etc and commissioning of the tube well. The job also includes cable jointing, checking of discharge of pump set, interconnection of lowering pipe from nearby distribution pipe line, checking of starter and reporting for completion of Job or fault/problem if any. (Upto 20 Km distance run by lowering machine) 2.1.1 For three Phase pump set 2.1.1.1 G.I. Double Flanged Pipe Lowering Assembly of nominal dia 2.1.1.1.3 80 mm

3.1 Repair Rewinding of Submersible motor includes full servicing and rewinding (wherever required) as per manufacturer s specification and to the satisfaction of Engineer Incharge. It includes the replacement of minor parts such as bushes (oil seal bush) Nut Bolts, washers, cable seal, gland ring, vent plug, water drain plug, etc. complete job 3.1.3 Above 5HP to 7.5 HP V-6

3.2 Particulars of spare parts of submersible Motor 3.2.1 Providing and Replacement of G.M./S.S. Bushes for all types of motors (per set of 4Nos.) including cost of sleeves 3.2.1.1 V-6

3.2 Particulars of spare parts of submersible Motor 3.2.2 Providing and Replacement of thrust bearing for all types of motor. It includes cost of all components connected with thrust bearing 3.2.2.1 V-6

2.14 Supply and Installation of single phase ISI marked submersible motor pump set of three star or better rating of BEE and as per IS: 8034-2018 (pump) and IS 9283-2013 (motor) or as amended up to date of approved make of following duty condition with required accessories including making connection suitable for tube well/DCB. The job includes lowering of motor pump, installation of complete fitting and accessories, jointing of electrical cables up to switch board, testing of submersible pump set and interconnection up to water mains, complete in all respect. 2.14.1 Up to 2.0 KW

2.2 Construction of Tube Well from ground level and upto 100 mtr. depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe in all type of alluvium strata, unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/ rotary drilling method as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended upto date) and technical specifications for removal of overburden. The work includes the cost of lowering of casing pipe, but excludes the cost of casing pipe. 2.2.1 Nominal bore 200 mm dia.

2.34 Providing and Lowering of ISI mark PVC-U casing and screen pipe as per IS : 12818 : 2010 or amended upto date having pipe thickness as per IS code suitable for TW and DCB with threading , winding with superior quality of plastic mesh and rope in three layers with end cap complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer In charge. 2.34.1 Shallow well casing pipe (CS) suitable for depth up to 80 mtr. 2.34.1.2 200 mm nominal dia ( internal dia )

2.24 Providing and Lowering in tube well ISI marked GI Pipe medium duty ( B class), Steel tube as per IS:1239 or amended up to date and zinc coating as per IS 4736, threaded and double flanged (welded) on both ends and two number 25x3mm MS flat welded on both ends between pipe and flange, rubber washer and nut bolts etc. complete in all respect. 2.24.4 80mm dia

2.23 Supply and Fixing tube well cover of MS sheet 8mm thick at top and 5mm thick 100mm wide shroud around the edge so as to form a cap on the top end of casing pipe with GI Nipple 45cm long and two GI flanges at both ends in 80mm sizes passing through a hole in the centre of MS sheet. A 25 mm socket with end plug shall also be welded over top plate. A GI nipple having outside thread of size 1/2 (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided and welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. 2.23.3 200 mm dia

2.22 Supply and Fixing M S clamp set of 50x6 mm flat from iron with nuts and bolts etc for holding the riser pipe assembly of submersible pump set.

2.30 Providing and Fixing of double flanged, CI body, ISI marked NRV of approved make of following sizes 2.30.2 80 mm dia
