Amount

Demolishing cement concrete 1 : 3 : 6 or richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material, all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded crushed agg. 20 mm nominal size) of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by M.T/ H.L.- All work upto plinth level.

Providing and fixing Steel work welded in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, ralling, brackets, gates and similar works in built up sections/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc, as required.
