Dismentalling of old & defective 145 KV CB (CGL) make) Pneumetic type of 132 KV Sarsol-Harduaganj ckt- II by using crane after opening control cable/ earthing et & shifting to storage place from Switchyard with the help of Hydra
Modification in existing foundation (CGL make CB) by cutting & welding of MS channel (Provided by department free of cost) as per foundation drawing of new 145 KV CB (M/s CGL make)
Erection of new 145 KV CB on Harduaganj ckt-II using crane including shifting from storage place to erection and re-laying of control cable & termination in cubiclal of CB as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in gland plate & fixing of cable glands & providing ferrules for each core of control cale & its termination with crimping type lugs of Dowel/ Tension make & all associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical speficiation.
Commissioning of 145 KV Siemens make SF-6 CB job includes checking of +ve pressure in all the three poles (R, Y & B) & connecting with operating drive and connecting SF-6 gas pipe line & filling of SF-6 gas (provided by department freee of cost) upto rated pressure and checking low gas pressure alarm & lock out settings & proper operation from local & remote.
