M&L for preventive maintenance, servicing and testing of 1500 KVA, Indoor Type, 11/0.433 KV, Dry and Air Cooled type Transformer by disconnection of its HT / LT Bus Bar /Cable connection, opening of doors etc complete cleaning of the inside compartment, core and coils by applying high pressure blower including lead supports, tap changer terminal boards, bushings and other insulated surfaces clean with a dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightness after cleaning upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge through authorised dealer complete all as specified and as directed. Result of conducting test as per standard must be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Shutdown must be taken properly and all safety precautions must be adhered for humen safety during entire maintenance time.

S&F in replacement of Transformer Protection / WTI Relay, suitable/Compatible to existing Transformer 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, Dry /Air Cooled type including its control wirirng complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preventive maintenance, servicing and testing of 1500 KVA, Outdoor Type, 11/0.433 KV, Oil cooled type Transformer by disconnecting of its both side HT/LT Cable /bus bar connection, tap changer terminal boards, bushings and other insulated surfaces be wiped with a dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightness after cleaning up to the satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge. through authorised dealer complete all as specified and as directed. Result of conducting test as per standard must be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Shutdown must be taken properly and all safety precautions must be adhered for humen safety during entire maintenance time.

S&F in replacement of LV bushing with studs and rod including suitable size of nut, bolts and washers, gasket etc for the Transformer of capacity 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KVA including any type of modification required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of HV bushing with studs and rod including suitable size of nut, bolts and washers, gasket etc for the Transformer of capacity 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KVA including any type of modification required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of silica gel breather assembly suitable/compatible to 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformer including any modification required to fix the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of Bus duct, supports angle etc by brushing/cleaning and removing stains & grease spots with thinner and sand paper and painting the cleaned surface with synthetic enamel paint Smoke Grey Colour or as approved by the Engr-in-charge to achieve good finish by applying two coats of paint by spray painting machine carefully complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling /topping up of transformer oil low viscosity type conforming to IS 335 with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV in to the conservator tank / body tank of the transformer including maintaining and sumitting the test results to Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) New Transformer oil will be filled in the transformer only after filteration and de-hydration of existing transformer oil of the transformer. (ii) Transformer oil shall be supplied in sealed container / barrel with relevant test test certificate.

Labour & Plant/Machinery for online dehydration of Transformer Oil of 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV Transformers. Desired di-electric strength of transformer oil must not be less than 60 KV including maintain and submit the test results of each transformer before and after the dehydration of transformer oil to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing surface of 1500 KVA, 11/0.433 KV transformers by scrapping down peeled off old paint, grease, oil & cleaning etc and applying one coat of smoke gray paint by spray to complete external body of the transformer complete all as directed and as specified

M&L to arrest the leakage of transformer oil from LT/HT bushing side, drain valve, conservator tank etc of 1500 KVA, Outdoor Type, 11/0.433 KV, Oil Cooled type Transformer by disconnection of its HT / LT Bus Bar /Cable connection, opening of doors, change of gaskets, nut-bolts and washers etc and rectifying the oil leakages issues and cleaning through dry cloth and all connections must be checked for tightness after cleaning upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge through authorised dealer complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Shutdown Must be Taken properly and all safety precautions must be adhered for humen safety during entire Job.

Preventive maintenance and servicing of 11 KV HT VCB, MDO Type, Rated Current 1250A, 50 Hz, Indoor type by taking out the breaker trolley of 11 KV HT VCB, cleaning from inside and outside by using CRC-26 spray and applying petrolium jelly to the all moveable parts, male /female bushing/ terminals/ Spouts of VCB. Complete servicing of switchgear including checking the fixed / moving contacts of all the 3 phases adjusting electrical/ electronic/mechanical components all as per mfg instruction manual and standard practice including testing, rectifying the fault and calibration of relay of any type/make (e.g. Earth Fault relay / Over current relay/ Master Trip relay etc) of 11 KV VCB Panel. The fault level setting of these relays so that individual breaker will activate / trip to arrest the fault in local circuit and fault will not travel to main breakers at BSES Power Feeder. This Job must be carried out through authorised dealer including maintainance and submit the test report to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Make of VCB : CG as OEM Note :- Major Spares used during servicing will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV PT unit with PT fuse, Ratio 11000/rt3/110/rt3 Volts (Potential Transformer), Nominal system voltage (KV rms) : 12 KV, frequency 50 Hz, burden 10 VA, Class 1, Voltage Factor : 1.2 Continuous & 1.9 for 8 hrs conforms to IS : 3156 or suitable/ compatible to existing system, termination S1 & S2 shall be clearly marked including any type of cutting /welding or modification required at site and disconnecting of 11 KV cable by taking proper shutdown with all safety aspects and reconnecting it after installation of PTs complete all as directed and as specified.

S & F in replacement of 11 KV CT Ratio 100/5 Amp (Current Transformer), Nominal system voltage (KV rms) : 11 KV, frequency 50 Hz, Rated output (VA burden) : 10 VA, Class of accuracy : 0.5S, Resin Cast, Ring Type CT, Termination S1 & S2 shall be clearly marked including all required controll wiring, any type of cutting /welding or modification required at site and dismentaling of 11 KV cable by taking proper shutdown with all safety aspects of any size and refixing it after installation of CT's complete all as directed and as specified.

M & L in replacement for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed on Transformer/Sub Stn Fencing/VCB Panels etc with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of required size, for 11 KV HT of size 250 X 200mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of warning board, written as "Don't Switch On Men work on Line" of suitable size and thickness made up of Steel Sheet and welded with suitable size of angle stand and hanging arrangement also including painting on both side with Post Office Red Colour make as per sample given by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement LED Indicator lamp Red/Yellow/Blue size as per site requirement including suitable size of nuts, bolts including drilling and cutting/welding etc in panel without disturbing to other existing fitments complete all as specified and directed at site.

S & F in replacement of old broken cold rolled mild steel Hinges, suitable/compatible to existing 11 KV HT VCB Panel /LT Panel etc including welding and painting to match with existing colour etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying in replacement Synthetic Rubber Insulated Mats 2.5 mm thick for Voltage upto 11KV working pressure conforms to IS 15652-2006 (Superseding IS 5424) suitable for Electrical Shock Safety including applying adhesive to fix before laying the new one complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for demolition of un-reinforced PCC, floors etc in any position and any description including removal of demolished material atleast 1 Km away from site at Garwage dumping area outside the main gate complete all as directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (40 mm graded aggregate) for foundation of Pole, Stay Assembly, filling and mass concrete including necessary form work etc complete all as directed.

Labour for tree branch cutting of high rise trees, overhanging/interferences to the 1500 KVA Transformer /Cooling Tower etc (size of tree branch approx 50 mm to 80 mm dia and 3 to 5 mtr long) without damages to the electrical equipment/machinery including thrown away the same alteast 1 Km away from the Sub Stn Yard at Garwage dumping area outside the main gate complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Suitable arrangement i.e ladder, scafolding or any other working plateform required for climbing on high rise trees for carryout said work is the responsibility of vendor/contractor and the rates are deemed to be included in this quoted rate.

M&L in replacement nuts, bolts and washers made up of GI or Cadmium plated, high tensile as per sample complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Fault finding/tracing of 11 KV HT UG XLPE(E) Cable of size 3 Core 120 to 185 Sqmm from one End termination to another End termination and identifying the fault location complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Disconnection of cable from both side of Transformer/VCB/HT Meter etc and reconnection the same cable after tracing fault/jointing work according to existing system or as directed at site is the responsibility of contactor and cost of the same included in this job. (ii) Job will be measured after fault detection/tracing only.

M & L for STRAIGHT THROUGH Jointing Kit for 11 KV HT (Earthed) grade power cable for OUTDOOR termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 Core (Earthed), XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and including taking out/down or opening the cable from VCB's/Transformers after taking proper electric shut down for humen safety and reterminated the same cable according to existing system after cable jointing work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for End joint heat shrinkable indoor type suitable for 11 KV HT armoured Cable XLPE (Earthed) multistranded aluminium conductor of size 120 to 185 Sqmm x 3 core and including taking out/down or opening the cable from VCB's/Transformers after taking proper electric shut down for humen safety and reterminated the same cable according to existing system after cable jointing work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for High Pot/Pressure Test of 11 KV (E) XLPE HT Power Cable, armoured aluminium conductor cable of size from 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 Core (E) complete as directed. Note - (i) Disconnection of cable from both side of Transformer/VCB/HT Meter etc and reconnection the same cable after Hot Pressure test/jointing work according to existing system or as directed at site is the responsibility of contactor and cost of the same included in this job.

Labour for Cleaning carefully Eelectrical Cable Gallery (approx size 30 x 15 Mtrs) by removing mud, foreign mtaterial or other waste acrticles etc and thrown away atleast 1 Km from working site to waste dumping area outside the main gate complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for Synthetic insulation mat of size 2m x 1m x 19mm complete all as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement (laying in ducts/trenches/on Cable trays/ on walls etc with new saddles & clamps etc as per site requirement) including testing & commissioning of 11000 Volts grade HT, multistranded AL Conductor, Electric Power Cable (Heavy Duty), XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored of size 120 Sqmm 3 Core (Earthed) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Maintenance Free Rechargeable Type Battery of Capacity 100 Ah, 2 Volts suitable for Battery Bank of 11 KV HT VCB Panel including complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of Wire mesh Cable Tray Hot Dipped Galvanized size 105 (h) X 600 (w) mm, distance between two supports and tested in accordance with the standard IEC 61537, Wire cable trays must be designed with an optimum span of 1.5 m, including all standard wall mounting accessories e.g. Mounting Bracket (Horizontal & Vertical Both), bends, Fastners, kitastar, nut, bolts and washers etc at suitable intervals complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of MS sheet of 10 mm thick, chequired type including cut to shape or any fabrication / modification work required at site to cover the gaps between bus bar riser in ESR Rooms at every floor of MBC bldg and 2 coat of anticorrosive black paint on complete MS Sheet on both side complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 11 KV HT Insulation tape roll of size 38 mm width and 9.15 Mtr Long for day to day use during complaints, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of complete Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level in any type of soil strata, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 1991 Part – I connected to machinery/equipment for transformer, LT Panel, Feeder Pillars, Sub Feeder Pillars etc. as required including necessary excavation and earth work including Pit Cover with lifting handle and Earth lead and 20mm Dia GI watering pipe medium grade, Funnel, wiremesh, etc. complete all as specified and as directed including testing on completion.

Attending breakdown /inspection of 11KV/12KV HT VCB, MDO Type, 630 to 1250 Amps by authorised dealer and rectify the any type of fault and replace any spares related to breakdown complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of GI earthing with New Chemical earthing with copper bond pipe of dia 76 mm & 3 Mtr long including excavation in any type of soil starta. Filled with highly conductive compound which Increase the life of earthing electrode. Composition of chemical filled in electrode water solubility, acid solubility, Grain size 100 mesh, along with BFC Compound non toxic, non reactive, non explosive and non corrosive, longer life easy to maintain less space consistent results including earthing pit and chamber cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of old GI Strip with New Copper strip of size 20 x 3.15 mm as earth electrode for interconnection the various Eqpts / Machinery/Panel etc with earthing electrode including fixing on any type of wall with suitable size of Cu Saddle /clamps, nut, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement of MS Angle /Channel of any size for febrication of cable rack supports and any other shape of febrication work including cut to shape including welding as required at site in Main Electrical sub Stn including two coat of anticorrosive black paint on complete MS structure on both side etc complete all as specified and directed at site by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & Fix in replacement Sheet Metal Enclosures factory made Tripple Pole and Earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with 63 Amp Industrial socket complete with one Four Pole MCB of 63 Amp, 415 Volts, 10 KA including wall mouting accessories and connection with eqpt complete all as directed.

S & F in replacement Change over switch four pole with advance Neutral 200 Amps current rating, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC, with Steel Sheet Enclosure with staggered terminals including suitable size of spreader links on both side with galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts and washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.
