Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as spesified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation,subbase of floor and paths ,filling mass complete all as specified & directed.

S& F sand filling under floor or in floor or paving, laid in including watering and consolidation true surface for laying paver block complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with glossy finish, grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrate 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, paraperts and railing upto 60cm in height, coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and other similar work.

M&L Pre-cast concrete block masonry 1:2:4 type B1 set in CM 1:6 mortar with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width ,complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 10 sqm on plan, in hard/dense soil and getting out all as specified and directed.

M&L for modular Brick work with sub class `B` bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar( 1:6) complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 5km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth,spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5m high from base complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 12mm thick on other than fair face of brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed

M&L applying two coats of cement based paint (white or coloured) on newly plastered wall surface including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses (framed works as in purlin, rafters, column, square/ rectangular round or angle section) incl special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colur having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, all as specified and directed.

M&L painting to new surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described incl preparation, pring with zinc chromate and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
