Note:-Use roller for painting & scrapping machine for scarpping work.)

M&L for prepration of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for prepration of old steel/iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Labour only cutting of vegitations like tree plants etc and up rooted tree of hieght more than 15 cm, shrubs, bushes and removing rubbish up to a distance of 500 mtrs from the bldg/walls/terrace etc and all as directed by Engrs-in-charge.

M & L for cleaning surfaces and removal of debris, loose particles, grass etc and existing waterproofing roof treatment completely and repair the cleaned surface with (a) Ready mix Plastering 20mm thickness (b) Providing chemical injection grounding and angle fillets (if required) and treatment of pipe entry with hybrid PU sealant dual shrinkage compensated micro concrete.(c) Applying priming coat of epoxy primer with water dilution as per manufactures instruction applying 2 coats of solvent based Polyurethyne liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV having SRI valve greater than equal to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg per sqm (each coat) (d) second coat should be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely. ( Make: Asian Paints/ Thermax/ Berger paints/ Shalimar paints) Note :- (i) The work pertaining to water proofing treatment shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer for which the material i.e. priming coat epoxy primer , first coat, second coat etc to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer. (ii) The succesful bidder shall submit memorandum of understanding (MOU) with only one manufactures (iii) Rendering will be done in two layer 1st layer will be 10-12mm and 2nd layer will be 8-10 mm thick. (iv) Contractor submitted Bond of Guarantee period of water proofing treatment for 10 years through manufacture in Garrison Engineer Office.
