Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for mild steel framed work such as grills, swan neck, flat iron for frame, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum in hard /dense soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for structural steel works as in tubular roof trusses, purlins, vertical posts, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, tubular pipe, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, MS plate, riveting including bending and welding, conforming to Fe-410W Gde E-250 quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix for galvanised steel concertina coil of 600mm spirals dia, dia of wire 2.5mm (using coil not less than 8 Kg and stretched to 5 to 6m) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel painting over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm with or girth including preperation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting the bushes, weed, trees and stems of trees including cutting down trees up to 30cm girth and disposal of rubbish material to a distance not exc 50m from site and clear for access the compound/ grill fencing, wall (1m both side of compound) for compound grill /fencing repair etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone /boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for walling random rubble, regular courses well bonded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.16 here-in-before but except stone.

Material and labour for raking out joints /pointing to square rubble masonary uncoursed or brought up to course work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing new wall surfaces including brooming down (or) steel wire brushing washing and rubbing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Disconnecting electric connection from the existing 3 Phase LT Panel board with ACB from the existing position including taking up complete LT Panel board with copper bus bar 3 phase and neutral including necessary tools/ plants etc., from the existing locations carefully without any damages to walls/ floor/ building complete including disconnection of earthing lead etc., and making good the disturbed portions of the building/ walls/ ducts/ floor/ other surfaces etc., to match with the existing specification of surfaces and handed over to MES store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and lay pipe galvanised iron tubing light grade of 100mm dia in trenches/ under road or floor/ on wall/ near pole/ panel etc., all as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600x600x3mm thick buried directly underground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected with and including copper earth strip 20x3mm protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore upto 7.5m and connecting to LT switch gear/ panel etc., as per site requirement including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 earth chamber, 40mm thick RCC cover with 8mm dia MS bars 10cm c/c on both ways as reinforcement, 20mm bore water pipe medium grade GI tubing including GI funnel, wire mesh, alternate layers of charcoal and salt crystal and top two inches layers with back filling compound complete all as shown in electrical plate No.03 of MES Schedule 'A' Part-I (2009) and connected to earthing test points complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Quoted rate deemed to include necessary earth work, PCC chamber, RCC cover, reinforcement, removal of surplus soil, site clearance etc., (ii) Copper earth strip 20x3mm, GI tubing light grade 40mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included the rate quoted by the contractor. (iv) Quoted rate includes testing after completion from test point and the desired earth resistance shall be not more than 1 ohm. If the desired result is not obtained the earthing will be re done by the contractor at no extra cost.
