Material and labour for dismantling the cable connections of four pole/ three pole air circuit breaker of capacity 630 to 1200 Amps ,415 V 50 HZ of L&T Make/C&S/GE/ABB make, strip opening the air circuit breaker, inspecting the parts for serviceability/overhauling complete and carrying out the following repairs/maintenance :- (a) Cleaning the insulation parts including bushings with CTC solution.(b) Checking the alignment and condition of movable and stationary contacts and adjust them all as per manufacturer's instructional manual (c) Check the bolts, nuts, washers, cotter pins and all terminal connections are in place and tights. Replace the worn-out parts.(d) Check arc chutes for damage and replace damaged parts.(e) Clean and lubricate the operating mechanism with a light machine oil (SAE-20 or 30) for pins and bearings and with a non-hardening grease for the wearing surfaces . Adjust breaker operating mechanism all as per manufacturer's instructional manual . Replace if there is excessive wear and tear.(f) Checking / inspecting shunt trip coil for serviceability and replacing the same if required. (g) Replacing the badly worn or burned contacts. Checking control device free for operation.(j) Check after servicing the circuit breaker to verify the contacts move to the fully opened and fully closed positions, that there is an absence of friction and that the electrical operation is functional Note : The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of T&P and minor spares like lubricants, nuts/bolts/washers/ pins etc. Major spares like contacts, shunt trip coil , relays, CTs etc will be measured & paid separately under relevant schedule items

Supply only arc chutes (for 415 V) suitable for air circuit breakers of rating 630 to 1200 Amps rated as all per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only rating plug suitable for air circuit breakers of rating 630 to 1200 Amps rated all as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only shunt release (110 /220 V DC or 240 V/415 V AC) suitable for air circuit breakers of rating 630 to 1200 Amps rated complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only arcing contacts (fixed/ moving) suitable for air circuit breakers of rating 630 to 1200 Amps rated as all per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removing electric / mechanical connections of old LT UG cable from MCCB of existing LT Panel of size from 16 sqmm to 100 Sq mm, 3.5 / 4.0 core including cutting/removing the burnt end/ jointed area and after refixing with new aluminium thimble /lugs set , incl covered with proper insulated tape, clamps, nut bolts etc if required etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : One Panels cable will measured as one Job

Material and labour for removing electric / mechanical connections of old LT UG CABLE from MCCB of existing LT Panel of size from 120 sqmm to 240 Sq mm, 3.5 / 4.0 core including cutting/removing the burnt end/ jointed area and after refixing to MCCB/ACB with new aluminium thimble /lugs set , incl covered with proper insulated tape, clamps, nut bolts etc if required etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : One Panels cable will measured as one Job

Material and labour for taking out the loose or separated Door / canopy / front & back sheet covers for existing the LT panel and refixing the same after welding, provn of nut bolts / hinges if required as per site, proper locking arrangement and fixing of proper earth connection etc complete all as specefied and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of out door panel board canopy door, made CRCA sheet with 3.15 mm thick, duly power coated with removable door hinges, water proof rubber beading and , locking arrangement with SS aldrop & pad lock/ concealed locking arrangement, Danger notice boards, Panel details including gas welding for fixing the door complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for replacement of out door/in door panel board, made CRCA sheet with 2 mm thick, duly notched/punched cavity for operation of switch gear and duly power coated with removable door hinges, water proof rubber beading and , locking arrangement, Danger notice boards, switch gear details including gas cutting and welding for fixing the door complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and directed

Repairs/Maint of LT Panel board/box of various sizes including disconnecting all incoming and outgoing connection after taking necessary shut down, cleaning the carbon/rust from bus-bar, re-thimbling with new lugs/thimble of existing size,replacing burnt DMC insulator or bus bar supports as per exsiting one, removing old burn out wiring and re-wiring with new cable of exsiting size, including replacement of un-serviceable parts complete all as specified & directed. Note :- (i)New spares required shall be measured and paid separately under relevants items . (ii) cost of unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size upto 2.5sqmm for internal wiring like connection of CTs and DMC insulators are deemed to be included in quoted rate. (iii) For item No. 16 to 22 fixing charge of items are considered in item no. 6. (v)Suitable size of copper/AL cable lugs to be provided by contractor for for fixing /jointing the cable in bus bar etc.

Refixing only serviceable GI pipe light grade 40mm bore as obtained from taking up/down cablewith provision of new fittings as in protection of cable at road crossing/hard standing/pole protection fixed with clamps, including taking up/ down old pipe complete all as speciffied and as directed

Refixing only serviceable cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, eye hook and back plates as obtained from dismantling of old cross arms including provision of new bolts, nuts etc . in any shape or size as indicated or directed including painting with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for prunning / trimming the branches of trees if any along overhead line, 3 m on all side below/ above/ sides of overhead line and removing the same upto 150 m away each span not exceeding 45 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour cutting grasses, shrubs/herbs surrounding LT poles, feeder pillar box installations by mechanical or manual T&P, removing the debris at a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old insulator any type and description from existing poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for pin type insulators LT 1100 Volts grade porcelain vitreous white or brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only serviceable pin type insulators as obtained from dismantling of old insulator including provision of one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers, iron nut, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for shackle type insulator LT 1100 volt grade porcelain vitreous white or brown including galvanised mild steel straps, washers, insulator bolts, nuts 12 mm dia, 75 mm height and 90 mm dia, section of straps 31mmx3mm of insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing only serviceable shackle type insulators as obtained from dismantling of old insulator including provision of new bolts, nuts, washers , etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of old earth wire, craddle guard etc of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanised steel wire 3.15mm or 4.00mm dia as earth continuity conductor and fixed to pole, binding with aluminium binding wires complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Stringing / stretching, including jointing in situ of each span not more than 45 m between two electric poles having 4 Nos of ACSR of any size including GI earth continuity wire, with/ without guarding wires on electric poles of any size at different locations all as ordered to the extent of permissible sag or tension by removing jumpers or bindings from insulators and making fresh binding with aluminium tapes after stringing complete as ordered . (Note :- One span including 4 wire of LT over head line and 2 Nos of earth wire.)

All as per item No 80 here in before but for 2 Nos of ACSR.

Supply and fix PVC/Fibre seperator for LT lines 1100 volts overhead conductors 2 wire system for horizontal spacing between the conductors fixed with nuts, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC/Fibre seperator for LT lines 1100 volts overhead conductors 4 wire system for horizontal spacing between the conductors fixed with nuts, bolts, washer etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable/old ACSR conductors of any size from over head lines, poles by removing binding wire, service wire, cables and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size as approved on HT/LT Poles including straining, binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire with connectors, etc, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers as in OH conductors including dismantling of old ACSR or AAD conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Refixing only of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size as approved on HT/LT Poles including straining, binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire with connectors, etc, including dismantling of old ACSR or AAD conductors complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment of LT Panel, box, board, cross arms etc and applying two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable stay assembly complete including demolition of foundation concrete & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stay assembly comprising 14mm dia iron stay bow, stay strand wire of size 7/3.15mm with stay rod of diameter 16mm complete with all accessories as shown in electrical plate no. 1 of SSR part-I 2009 including dismsntling of old stay assembly of any description with foundation, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
