Notes For Srl Item No 01 to 13 :-

The Contractor will engage trained service engineers / technicians for the service under this comprehensive maintenance period. Details of qualification/experience of the engineer/technician shall be submitted within 15 days of commencement of work for approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Breakdown maintenance calls will be attended within a maximum of 24 hours of the receipt of the complaints. In case the complaints are not attended/resolved within the stipulated time mentioned above, the Contractor is liable to pay Rs 500/- per unit per day till such time the unit is attended/resolved.

Spares required for routine/periodical maintenance will be measured and paid separately.

Make and model of part to be replaced shall be as existing at site or as per OEM recommendation.

The cost of transportation of spares/parts and other necessary equipment's shall be arranged/brought by contractor without any extra cost.

Notes for Item No 1 to 4 . During each visit under this contract, the following should be carried out by the Service Representative: 1. Drain the Lub Oil from the Sump, Lub oil Cooler etc. and clean the Sump Strainers as per the recommendation in the Operating Instruction Manual. Renew Lub Oil and Filter Elements are required. 2. Refill the sump with new Lub Oil and prime the lubricating system 3. Check and tighten as required, any external bolts. 4. Replace the Fuel Filter Elements as per the recommended procedure. 5. Check and adjust belt tension or replace the belts as required. 6. Check and correct the tightening of all Hoses and Clamps. 7. Check and correct the tightening of terminals at Engine Control Panel and EPU. 8. Check and adjust tappet clearance as required. 9. Check and tighten engine bearer cap screws. 10 Carryout Air Cleaner maintenance as required. 11 Check and record Engine performance parameters. 11. Check and correct external leakages. 12. M&L for taking down unserviceable self starter including solenoid switch repairing unserviceable parts like Carbon bush, Pinion, armature, Carbon Brush Holder etc and refixing self starter 24 volt suitable for DG Set 500 KVA all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down unserviceable self starter including Solenoid Switch and repairing unserviceable parts like Carbon bush, Pinion , armature, Carbon Brush Holder etc and refixing self starter 12 volt suitable for DG Set 62.5 KVA all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down unserviceable 24 Volts Dynamo and repairing by rewinding and Varnishing, heating of coil and refixing suitable for DG Set 500/200/125 KVA all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down unserviceable 12 Volts Dynamo and repairing by rewinding and Varnishing, heating of coil and refixing suitable for DG Set 62.5 KVA all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB, TPN, 32 Amp, C - Curve 415 Volts Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking Out Automatic Voltage Regulator of Alternator and replacing the same after testing complete for 500 KVA DG Set all as specified and directed.

Taking Out Automatic Voltage Regulator of Alternator and replacing the same after testing complete for 250/125 KVA DG Set all as specified and directed.

Taking Out Automatic Voltage Regulator of Alternator and replacing the same after testing complete for 62.5 KVA DG Set all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of MCCB 4 Pole, 415 V, 630 Amps with Microprocessor based release breaking capacity 50 KA, Ics=100% of Icu with copper spreader incl taking down existing MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down unserviceable turbo charger including replacing of existing size & type and refixing turbocharger suitable for DG Set 500 KVA to make DG Set Functional complete all as specified and directed.

Day to Day routine/periodical preventive maintenance of DG set capacity 125 KVA and replacement of Lubricating oil, Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air cleaner elements & top-Up of Coolant as per Manufacturer`s recommended maintenance schedule including health check up of Engine, inspection of Canopy, Alternator & panels and correction of faults by adjustments & settings including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of (spare parts) which as specified in notes here-in-after for the DG set 125 KVA and daily/ routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies including cleaning complete all as specified here-in-after Location : Water Gate Nos of DG Set : 02 (Two) Make of DG Set - Cotton Greaves

Day to Day routine/periodical preventive maintenance of DG set capacity 200 KVA and replacement of Lubricating oil, Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air cleaner elements & top-Up of Coolant as per Manufacturer`s recommended maintenance schedule including health check up of Engine, inspection of Canopy, Alternator & panels and correction of faults by adjustments & settings including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of (spare parts) which as specified in notes here-in-after for the DG set 200 KVA and daily/ routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies including cleaning complete all as specified here-in-after Location : Nature Park Nos of DG Set : 01 (One)

Day to Day routine/periodical preventive maintenance of DG set capacity 02 x 62.5 KVA and replacement of Lubricating oil, Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air cleaner elements & top-Up of Coolant as per Manufacturer`s recommended maintenance schedule including health check up of Engine, inspection of Canopy, Alternator & panels and correction of faults by adjustments & settings including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of (spare parts) which as specified in notes here-in-after for the DG set 62.5 KVA and daily/ routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies including cleaning complete all as specified here-in-after Location : 01 x Power House & 01 x Kalyani Nos of DG Set : 02 (Two)
