Surface excavation n. exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting with 8 to 12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for soiling(or sub base) of granite, trap or basalt stone 100 mm thick (spread thickness of aggregate of size 90 mm to 45 mm) with broken boulders or quarred stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150 mm thick (compacted thickness two layers 75 mm thick each layer) WBM with coarse aggregate (granite, trap or basalt) of grating 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size), rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing unsurfaced WBM surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning to clear the surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen VG-30) @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm over the prepared surfaces by mechnical sprayer including material and labour for 40 mm thick (consolidated average thickness) bituminous semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 tone capacity power road roller to achieve th required compaction camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick, of whole sub class 'B'brick old size laid on end vertically complete all as specified and directed.

Removing execavated material soft / loose soil to a distance exceeding 50 m and not exceeding 100 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surface and applying thermoplastic reflective paint for marking of minimum 1.5 mm thick single coat as a centre line or edge line etc, road marking of 150/100 mm width using "HOT MARK" thermo plastic paint (Hot application) white / yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcuim carbonate, inter filler etc, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be confiming to BS-6086 of MOST/OSCAR specification including spraying of glass beads etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.
