SCHEDULE'A'/ BOQ

Material and labour for prepration of old painted surface of concrete exceeding 10cm wide and applying one coat of aqua based road marking paint of any tint with mechanical mode of application as in lines,dashes arrows, letters etc on concrete surface /road/pavement and the like complete all as specified and directed. Make-Good lass Nerolac aqua based paint or equivalent of Johnson/Berger.

All as per item no-1 here- in-before but two coats complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for repairs to following types of joints on PCC pavements by racking out existing sealing compound, cleaning the joints throghly cleaned by compressed air and priming the sides with bituminous primer and sealing the joints by filling sealing compound grade 'B' (Jet fule resistant ) as per IS-1834-984 including removal complete all as specified and directed for the following :-(a). Expansion joints (15X25mm)

(b). Ditto as per item ser No 03 here-in-above but Dummy joints (15X25mm)

(c). Ditto as per item ser No 03 here-in-above but Construction joints (10X25mm)

Material and labour for repairs to broken/damaged portion of concrete slab or pavement by cutting damaged portion spoiled edges of slab to rectangular cross section and removing all loose and foreign materials, depositing same to a distance exceeding 150m and not exceeding 250m and cleaning the surface by compressed air to remove all loose dirt, dust and foreign material etc and filling epoxy resin primer including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed and as per manufacturer's instructions.

Cutting of grass using machinically operated Tractor/ slasher minimum 40 HP capacity with jungle Jeem/ Harrow including POL & MT Driver per day of 08 hours including removing the material obtained from cutting outside defence land cleaning (both sides) upto 100 mtr from concrete edge complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For serial item No 7 & 8. (i) The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of machinery, T & P, POL, Driver and labour etc. (ii) The serial item No 7 & 8 shall be operated as and when directed by Engr-in-Charge. (iii) Tractor/ JCB deployed shall not be more than 05 year old form date of manufacturing contractor shall provide the registration documents to Engr-in-Charge on this account for verificaiton. (iv) The machineble Tractor/ JCB shall run for period of eight hours shall be considered as one unit/ per day. (v) A log book for running/ operation of Tractor and JCB shall be maintained by JE (Civil). The same shall be signed by Engr-in-Charge rep of users daily for calculating daily working hours which shall be actual made of payments.

Hiring of JCB for earthwork including POL & Operator from 0900hrs to 1700 hrs as and when required for 08.00 hrs perday, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for self illuminious retro-reflective high intensity prismatic sheet/tape conforming to ASTM D-4956-01 type XI , of any colour/ tint as directed for writing letter and numbers on DTGM board complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : 3M or equivalent as approved by GE.
