Upgradation/Improvement of various roads in the campus of Dr RKGMC Hamirpur at Jolsappar from KM 0/00 to 6/090.

Excavation work by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator)/ manual in all height and depths and in all kind of soil including saturated soils comprising of ordinary soil, soft work and hard rocks chiscling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil setting out true to the required line, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes as shown in the drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 300 1602 and 763 and sorting out useful material and stacking the same in all leads and lifis in accuired width of the road and transporation of un useful materail for filling in road ways camber embankments for grade imrovements and disposal of all surplus material to approved dumping site (to be arranged by contractor) through all modes, of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechnical means along with its levelling fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools equipment rad safety, measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means/labour if required and nothing extra shall be paid on this account All useful material such as stone shingles, aggregate and slate etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stacks. The carriage of excavated earth and nothing shall be paid on this account. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all case as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire cariage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls ,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil . ordinary rock, hard rock, chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited ) as per drawings and M.O.R.D technical specification clause 305-1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of all surplus materials to approved dumping site(to be arranged by the Contractor) upto all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm(one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water ( surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment and shoulders with approved materials obtained from roadway cutting and excavation of drains and foundation of other structures, graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical specification clause 301.5 as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 mechanically mixed (one cement : Five sand : ten graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with Mild steel plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 802,803,1202and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 mechanically mixed (one cement: four sand: eight graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre nominal size) and curing complete including the cost of form work with Mild steel plates for plain concrete on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths. In retaining walls / breast walls as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall with Granular material complete as per drawings and MORD Technical Specification Clause 1204.3.8 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(one hundred milimetre) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slops of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain / reinforced M-10 (M-ten) grade nominal mix cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregate) 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of shush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths including cost of form work for plain concrete in open foundation for all types of structures complete as per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 802,803, 1202 &1203 and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced Cement Concrete design mix to obtain minimum compressive strength of M-20 (M- twenty) with minimum cement contents not less than 350 kg/cum(three hundred fifty kilogramme per cubic metre) including cost of form work, and curing complete in sub structure , bed block and dirt wall upto all height/ depth on ground or under water and curing complete including form work with the mild steel plate , including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights and depths as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, M-25 (M-Twenty five) with cement content as per approved design mix not less than 400kg/cum(four hundred kilogramme per cubic metre) and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, including the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability sas per drawing and MORD technical specifications clause 802, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, Toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
