Repair/Renovation of central hospital kitchen by way of plastering applying wall putty painting etc for walls, ceiling at SKIMS

Amount

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. ( 2 mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Erection and fixing of scaffolding polythene sheet during execution of work around the construction site and removal of same after completion of work with wooden beading complete in every respect.
