Filtration and Dehydration of transformers oil for transformers, HT OCB, LT OCB, HT VL switches etc. through on line filtration equipment to withstand minmum dielectirc strength 40 KV for 1 min at 2.5 mm gap and flash at 60 KV without disturbing / switching off system complete all as directed.

Supply and topping up of fresh transformer oil suitable for 11 KV system for transformer / OCBs having 45 KV of minimum dielectric strength complete all as directed.

Single coat, synthetic enamel spray painting to steel surfaces, in smoke gray colour after preparation of old painted surface of transformer etc. by removing the oil, grease, dirt, scales etc. including writing the SM / MES No. with white colour synthetic enamel paint on 100 KVA transformer installed at Art Sample 515ABW / 515 Unit line / CMP C&S / OTM Signal unit line / HQ K&K Sub Area / BSO / AGE E&M / SSB etc. complete all as directed.

All as per Item No. 03 above but 160 KVA installed at Blwant line MD Accomodation.

All as per Item No. 03 above but 200 KVA installed at DCA Phase-III / DCA Phase-IV / GTE / RMS / Army School and 515 ABW.

Earthing work, Fixed in repair, complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connecting with steel GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt nut check nuts and washers including PCC pit with 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and frame cover of angle iron 25 x 25 x 6 mm, MS sheet 3 mm thick and handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 40 mm bore pipe for watering common salt chorcoal funnel wiremesh earth work in any type of soil returning filling in and removal of soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr including earth test point and making connections testing on completion all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete all as directed.

Disconnecting, diffective Indoor / outdoor HT / LT transformer of 100 KVA, Installed at Gunatha Vihar, draining out complete transformer oil storing the same in suitable container to be provided by the contractor, lifting of the top cover, taking out core and core assembly carefully with the help of chain pulling / Crane after disconnecting LT / HT connection to check its condition, cleaning the tank and core taking down and servicing of defective HT / LT bushes with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers insulation lowering back the core assembly after all necessary repair as directed here-in-after refilling filtered transformer oil taking down and providing the new synthetic rubberised cork sheet making all HT / LT incoming and outgoing connections including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note:- HT / LT bushes wil be measured and paid seperately

Disconnecting, diffective Indoor / outdoor HT / LT transformer 100 KVA, Installed at Gunatha Vihar, draining out complete transformer oil storing the same in suitable container to be provided by the contractor, lifting of the top cover, taking out core and core assembly carefully with the help of chain pulling / Crane after disconnecting LT / HT connection to check its condition, cleaning the tank and core taking down and providing new HT / LT bushes with brass spindle, nuts, bolts, washers insulation lowering back the core assembly after all necessary repair as directed here-in-after refilling filtered transformer oil taking down and providing the new synthetic rubberised cork sheet making all HT / LT incoming and outgoing connections, rewinding and replacement of LV coil, replacement of HV coil and replacement of cork sheet, painting of the transformer including transportation for lifting of transformer from location to workshop and back to location including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Taking down transformer of any Make, model and capacity by disconnecting HT / LT connection and shifting from one location to another location by the help of chain pulley / crane and re-connecting to HT / LT connection at new location complete all as directed.

Breather assembly for the transformer as per exisiting sizes and specification including filling of Silica gel as required for breather complete all as directed. Note:- Supply only silica gel shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Silica gel complete all as directed.

GI strip, fixed in repair, of sizes 32 x 6 mm fixed on walls / poles / shafts / pipes, etc. complete all as directed.

ACSR (Aluminium conductor steel reinforced) conductor of any size fixed in repair on poles including binding wire of appropriate size complete including clearing the path and branch cutting etc. complete all as directed.

Air Break Switch, Tripple Pole, out door type (gange operated) fixed in repair, each pole consisting of galvanised steel base HT insulators (9 insulators type) as per BSS / ISS, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contact, arcing horn mechanically operated, horizontal / vertical type mounted on insulator and steel frame complete, current rating up to 200 Amps complete all as directed.

Lightening arrestor, fixed in repair, metal oxide type transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps suitable for 11000 Volts grade complete with all fittings all as directed.

Explusion fuse unit 11 KV drop out up to 25 Amps, fixed in repair complete all as directed.

Disc type insulator, fixed in repair porcelain vitreous, 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white or brown single disc assembly for tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 Volts complete all as directed.

Iron work of any type including cross arms, supports, bracing MS clamps etc. made out of MS channel / angle iron / flat iron / round section of any size and bolts, nuts and washers including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer fixed in repair complete all as directed.

Servicing of existing GOD with replacement of GI nuts bolts, washers, lugs etc. as per site requirement including necessary greasing and cleaning with petrolium jelly complete all as directed.

Supply and spreading in repair, stone aggregate of 40 mm size, inside the sub stations at various locations for loose filling, complete all as directed. Note:- Removed stone aggregate shall be reused .

Supply only M sand for spreading inside the duct of sub stations at various locations complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in of excaveted soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 250 mm each complete all as directed.

Removing of excaveted surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

River sand including cleaning, spreading, levelling, punning for laying as in cushioning of cables complete all as directed. Note:- For purpose of payment punned thickness only will be measured.

Unreinforced precast concrete cable cover HV type size 380 x 180 x 40 mm, laid flat across the cable length complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, joining and testing and connecting of HT UG cable, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heave duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E) system laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole complete all as directed.

All as per Item No. 43 above but cable size 120 Sqmm Note (for Item No. 43 and 44):- Exacavation of earth work, Sand, PCC cover and GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately under respective items.

GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore with all fitting laid in trenches / walls / Roads / pole for cable protection complete all as directed. .
