Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one part of cement four part of sand and eight part of aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification. Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86. (for grade beam)

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one part of cement one and a half part of sand and three part of aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement five part of sand) mix using best country bricks of size 8¾"x4¼"x2¾" from approved quarry including curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surface such as RCC slabs, sunshade canopies, stair case steps, landing slab, etc. with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 10 mm thick including packing the surface and provided necessary cement mortar nosing, headings as per the size specification wherever necessary using the same mix as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:5 (one part of cement five part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:3 (one part of cement three part of sand) 20 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification. TNDSS No:61

Refilling the basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc. complete with standard specification.

Paving floor with vitrified tiles (marbonite) in all floors over the base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one par of cement three part of sand) 20 mm thick pointed with white cement at 0/40 kg/m2 including finishing the joints etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers (The rate should be exclusive of cost of flooring concrete 1:5) special.

Dadooing the walls with plain glazed tiles of 150 x 150 x 6 mm set in cement mortar 1:2 (one part of cement two part of sand) 12 mm and pointing white cement used 4kg/m2 neatly etc complete as directed.

Laying with new C.C. Laminated tiles (Like Dora tiles Eurocon tiles etc), (anti skid) of 20 mm thick of approved special quality and set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (one part of cement and three part of sand) 20 mm. Thick using river sand and pointing with colour cement using at the rate of 0.40 kg/m² and mixing with colour pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg/m² including finishing complete with Standard Specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (one part of cement, two part of sand and four part of aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for paneling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Providing and fixing in position of PVC rain water down fall 100 mm Ø pipe with necessary shoes bends other specials clamps screw nails teak wood plug including of all materials etc. complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of steel door with suitable design including cost of materials, welding and conveyance of all materials to site locking arrangements and painting one coat of primer etc. complete as per standard specifications including fixing charges etc complete for the work.

Supplying and fixing of MS Grill of approved design for open courtyard, grill, grill work to doors and window openings etc using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed on edges including priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Alumi, Anod natural colour matt finish sliding window in three track in all floors with standard sizes. All the three shutters with sliding arrangements the bottom section should have gutter arrangements so to drain the water entering and made with extruded aluminium section for outer frames as shown below with necessary accessories such rubber beading. Necessary dismantling making necessary holes in RCC columns, beams or masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers. The Aluminium surfaces should be anodised with matt finish under electrically condition in accordance with IS specification 1868/1962 of Anodic thickness of not less than 15 microns (fifteen) for all sections. All the materials should be got approved by the Engineer incharge before fixing as directed.

Fabrication, Supply and fixing in position of 'N' type ventilators using M.S. angle of size 25 x 25 x 5 mm for frame and MS flat of size 20 x 3 mm for fixing the weld mesh and using 25 x 22 x 3 mm 'T' section for frame glass. Special type of Hold fast welded to the frame of 45 degree inclined towards centre for wall and fixing the weldmesh 75 x 25 mm 10 gauge including cost of 3 mm thick pinheaded glass panes for all panels and fixing the glass panels with necessary clips & putties with required bolts, nuts and washers and one coat of red oxide primer etc including necessary dismantling, making holes in RCC columns, beams, masonry wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and made good to the original conditions after fixing as directed by the departmental officers.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19 mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15 mm MS square tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5 mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing in position best quality of approved make Indian Water closet of size 580 x 440 mm with all accessories such as 'P' trap or 'S' trap confirming to IS 2556 part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40 mm leveling course 1:4:8 - 100 mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including necessary internal connection and outlet connection and making the disturbed potion to original condition without leakage etc including Labour charges for fixing etc complete.

Supplying and fixing in position of glazed water closet of size 58 cm with ‘P’ trap; and double flopped seat cover, 12.5 litres capacity PVC low level automatic flushing tank including all internal plated brown headed stopcock, 12 mm nylon connection with necessary teak wood plugs, clamps screws to the portion of coming with wall or floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supply and fixing in position best quality of approved make Wash hand basin of size 550 x 440 mm with all accessories such as cast iron brackets, including cost of 15 mm Ø brass nipple, 15 mm nylon connection etc including fixing the wash basin in the wall in position with a pair of CI brackets with TW plug and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over priming coat of anticorrosive paint including testing leakages etc, complete complying with standard specifications (the wash hand basin and the specials should be got approved by Departmental officer before use on works)

Supply and delivery of fixing of HDPE tank 1000 litres capacity as per IS 12701/1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing chargers as directed by officers.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 Sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with PVC accessoires in flush with wall with 3mm thick hylum sheet cover with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for PVC concealed light / Fan Point for electronic regulator.
