M & L for 15mm thick ( in two layers of 10mm and 5mm thickness) cement pastering in cement mortar 1:4 and mixig the water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions on brick or concrete surface of wall finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid saparately under item .

M&L 10mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar CM 1:6 finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description such as distempering work ,internal emulsion etc from internal/external surfaces of walls & ceiling with mechanical means/grinder including removal of material from site complete all asspecified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits(thickness vary from1.5to2.5mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers)by us ingready made wall careputty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, two coats of cement base paint with one coat of prime coat all as specified.

M&L Preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over all as specified.

Supply and fixing Vertical load line type VTPN DB, 4 way 415 V, double door as per IS - 8623, IP-54 protection, universal mounting with suitable capacity copper bus bar with nuetral bus bar, earth bar and cable ties for cable management, top and bottom removable gland plate suitable for accomodate MCCB TPN 100 Amp as incomer and TP&SP MCCB/MCBs as outgoing complete & making necessary electrical connection for incoming and outgoing cables, with copper lugs, crimpped with crimping tool complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. (ii) The disturbed surface shall be match with existing shall be part of job.

S&F in replacement of existing MCCB TPN, 63 Amps, 415 volts, 16 KA complete fixing in DBs including proper thimbles connections all as specified and directed.

S & F SPN DB suitable for MCBs of single pole and neutral 12 way as per IS - 8623, IP-54 protection,double door type with 200 amp rated bus bar. Note: i) Connnections of the MCB'S shall be done with appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimble. (ii) Dismantling of existing sheet metal box will be deposited to MES. (iii) Masonry work to fill the space of iron sheet box will be part of the job. (iv) Energy Meter will be refixed & connected after fixing of new DB. (v) MCB'S shall be fixed with copper wires FRLS 1.5/2.5 Sqmm incl appropriate size of brass/Cooper thimbles.

M&L for Sub main wiring with 2 runs of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 2x6 sqmm ( line conductor) & 1x6 sqmm ( earth conductor), 1100 volt grade drawing in & including heavy duty non metallic PVC conduit , ISI marked, incl accessories not less than 25 mm in dia & concealed in wall, roof etc including PVC insulated, FRLSH unsheathed single core multistranded copper conductor cable, green in colour as earth conductor including cutting charges for concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting not exceeding 10 cm grith complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e. Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth. (ii) Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bars shall be done through brass/copper thimbles of appropriate size. (iii) Two runs of copper conductor cable and one run of copper earth wire including PVC conduit will be measured and paid as one unit only.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm tthick buried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frame 40*40*6mm. and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I. All as specified and directed.

Refixing of Geyser (water heater) any type with new anchor nut and bolts etc. incl cleaning of storage tank of geyser, new 15 Amp Plug top all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4 core laid in trenches /on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as apecified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cables with a layer of sand 8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified.

Returning filling in including, spreading,levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tube 50 mm light grade as in cable protection pipe including all fittings & taking down / taking out from trench complete all as directed.

M&L for laying of well burnt Brick 23 cm x11.5 cm x7.5 cm for cable protection complete all as directed.
