Charges for dismantling the existing 350 NB MS ERW ash water recovery Lines leading to the suction end and lines submerged into the primary pond area.

Charges for erection of new 350 NB MS ERW ash water recovery Lines for Leading and laying suction ends and lines submerged into the ash pond area.

Charges for full round welding in 350 NB M.S ERW pipes of 355.6 mm OD.

Charges for erection of ISMA 65 x 65 x 6 mm angle for support structure of ash Water recovery pipelines includes the cutting gas, welding rod as required (The required materials will be supplied by Board of TNPGCL).

Hire Charges for higher capacity crane such as lengthy boom for lifting, leading and lowering the ash water recovery pipe lines.

Hire charges of tippers for transportation, loading and unloading the retrieved accumulated ash/soil around the recovery water suction pipeline in Primary Pond I area and return.(Tipper- 03 Nos/Day).

Hire charges for mobile tractor diesel welding generator. The welding supply and lighting supply is not available from XY Bend to discharge point at Upper ash dyke.

Charges for removal of soil & accumulated ash around the recovery water suction pipeline area by using earth moving machineries such as Hitachi.
