Providing and laying of (using conduits and wire fasteners / cable clips/conduit fasteners) 4 sq mm ISI Marked, FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor cable of standard make i.e. Havells, Polycab, Finolex, Anchor only for the purpose of connecting air conditioning units (Outer & Inner) to the Stabilizer. Complete job as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge and site requirements and also includes cost of materials (including clamps, bends/elbows, Tee-bends, thimbles etc.), labour charges, transportation charges and all other charges and taxes.

Providing and Installation of Heavy Duty Main Electrical Panel (Powder Coated)-250A which includes MCCB 250A-4 Pole, 50 Ka breaking circuit capacity of standard make i.e. Havells, L&T of size 3’×3’6”×15” along with spread links and 04 nos .buss bar of capacity 250A each along with holes for thimbling of the cable with nut bolt arrangement as per site requirement for Connection of incoming cable connecting using aluminium armoured cable of standard make.

Providing and Installation of MCCB 250A-4 Pole 50 Ka breaking circuit capacity with cover of standard make with i.e. Havells, L&T enclosed in a weatherproof box for outdoor use for Connection of incoming connecting cables from the electric sub-station and also connect it to Servo stabilizer/Main electrical panel using aluminium armoured cable of standard make.

Providing and laying of 150 mm2 3.5 Core Aluminium armoured cable of standard make i.e. Havells, Polycab from sub-station to main electrical Panel to be installed at Pathology Department.

Providing and fitting of Double door 8 way TPN DB with capacity >= 63A MCCB (incomer) 36 ka BCC along with 04 nos. bus bars of each capacity >= 63A for further distribution of loads. All work carried out as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Wiring for circuit/sub-main wiring along with earth wire with the following size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surgace/recessed PVC conduit as required. 4×16 sq. mm + 2×6 sq. mm earth wire

Providing and laying of chemical earthing for the main electric panel of Pathology Department, GMC Jammu by way of excavating of the pit of size 1.0 x 1.0 x 3.0 mtrs deep adjacent to the Pathology Department of GMC Jammu with the help of manual labour and shifting of debris outside municipality limit. Providing and fixing of GI earthing electrode 01 No. 03 mtrs long of 60mm dia in the excavated pit after properly filling of the pit with 2 bags (25kg each) of backfill chemical compound and then filling of the remaining portion of the pit with soil. Providing and fixing of GI strip of size 40 x 6mm wide from electrode to the distribution board panel. The Job also includes cost of material, charges of installation, transportation charges of material to the site, tools and tackles charges, all unforeseen items/jobs required for the completion of job and all kinds of taxes thereof.
