Providing, Operating and Maintaining of 2-Wheel Diesel/CNG driven (KIA Carnival D 2.2 8 AT Prestige/Tata Safari XZ 2.0L/Maruti Swift Dzire ZXI CNG/ Toyota Innova Crysta 2.7 VX STR or equivalent of model not earlier than year 2022) vehicle registered as TAXI at different locations under the jurisdiction of Construction Office Patna. Group-A , Patna

Providing, Operating and Maintaining - Three (03) nos. "Tata Safari XZ 2.0L" or equivalent of model not earlier than 2022 at Patna (Class B city) for local and pipeline site movement with deluxe cushioned seats and back rest, glass windows, self-locking doors, strap holds etc. (ambient temperature of the vehicle to be maintained in the range of 23-25 degree Celsius); inclusive of insurance, cost of obtaining fitness certificate; cost of fuel, lubricant, spares, reliever charges etc. for smooth running and all wages for operating & maintenance crew etc. on aggregate cumulative free run of 3500 Km/month for each vehicle.

Monthly hire rate including costs towards minimum wage for deploying for 03(Three) nos. of 2-wheel Diesel driven covered commercial vehicles closed body (Tata Safari XZ 2.0L" or equivalent of model not earlier than 2022) for local and Pipeline sites movement with minimum 5 seater capacity and inclusive of all taxes (except GST), insurances, cost of obtaining fitness certificates, cost of fuel, lubricant, spares, road tax, driver cost, reliever charges, contractors overhead charges etc. for smooth running and on aggregate for free run of 3500 KM per month per vehicle for a period of two (02) year as per instruction of EIC/ Site Engineer.

Night Halt charges for stay at outstation/outside stationed location. The same shall be payable upon certification by the officer using the vehicle for outstation halt for the concerned night.

Extra KM Charges: Operating Charges for every KM over & above 2,52,000 Km for 2 years and for 3 vehicles including cost of fuel, lubricants, etc. as above for Diesel driven Vehicle. (Bidder shall not quote rate for this item. Rate shall be calculated as Monthly Package cost (i.e. Rate quoted in SOR Item rate 30) divided by no. of KM in monthly package multiplied by factor 0.3)

Extra hourly charges or part thereof for detention of vehicles beyond 10 hours in a day from the hour commenced/ time of reporting of vehicle for the day as certified by EIC/Site Engineer. (Bidder shall not quote rate for this item. Rate shall be calculated as Monthly Package cost (i.e. Rate quoted in SOR Item rate 30) divided by no. of Hours in monthly package multiplied by factor 0.4)

Parking Charges/Toll Charges/ entry tax (it is preferable to have national permit) shall be reimbursable with documentary proof. Reimbursement of toll taxes/parking charges etc. as per actual on submission of receipt along with monthly bills, duly certified by EIC.. Rate = Rs. 1/- per unit Fixed by IOCL, Reimbursement of toll taxes/parking charges etc. as per actual on submission of receipt
