Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings any size etc.

Supply & Fixing 0.50 mm thick pre painted galvalume coloured aluminium zinc coating AZ-150 GI based corrugated steel coloured having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering & ridge fixed with self tapping screws all as specified etc. (Make-Jindal coloron plus AZ-150 or Eq.)

Supply & Fixing 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, slopy or semi circular etc. with grade of zinc coating 75 or class 7 to 8.

Ditto as per above item No 3 but except sheeting any thickness.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards, any thickness including cover fillets complete.

Suspended false ceiling system using Chicago metallic (E - grid) exposed suspended system, grid size 600mm x 600mm comprising of GI powder coated Main Runner of dimensions 39mm x 24mm x 0.8 mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4 mm+ PPPCGS/0.3 mm & weight of runner 1.35 kg for 3600 mm length), Cross Tee of dimensions 29mm x 24mm x 0.8mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI/0.4mm + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of Tee 0.195 kg for 600mm length) and Wall angle of dimensions 22.2mm x 22.2mm x 0.65mm thick (Thickness comprising of GI / 0.35mm + PPPCGS/0.3mm & weight of angle 0.70 kg for 3050mm length) with and including 4mm thick HPSC (High pressure steam cured) pre primed, self embossed, textured designer board to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI wire hangers fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins with butterfly clips (wt-0.007 kg/clip), hold down clips (wt-0.0035 kg/clip), with provn of light fixture complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as directed.

Material and labour for POP decorative cornice moulding exc 10 cm but n exc 20 cm in width or girth fixing between junction of wall and ceiling at certain locations including two coats distempering all as spd and directed etc.

Material and labour for POP decorative Round False Ceiling Cornice in 450 to 600 mm dia in alaround ceiling fan/chandelier including two coats distempering all as spd and directed etc.

Material and labour for GI frame work for seamless ceiling in flat or inclined shape coprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges 20mm and 30mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.90 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm C/C with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section ( not exc. 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurld web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.50 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm C/C with provn of light fixture complete.

Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling/suspeneded ceiling in plain/designer/ decorative shape horizontal or vertical fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions.

Dismantling of timber fillets rails, posts rafters purlins etc under 40 sqcm in section as in unframed work complete.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description in wind ties etc.

Material and labour for mild steel flat iron in wind ties for roof including securing bolts etc.

Material and labour for Rolled section as in main and cross beam, hip and Jack rafters purlins etc including plate, nut bolts including cutting, welding, drilling holes joints and nuts, bolts & washers etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating to post holes each n. exc. 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing a surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 m and making good surface complete.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete of post including necessary formwork etc.

Steel work in tubular/Angle iron post, purlins and trusses including special shaped washer, gusset plate and nut bolts etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 ® ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 ®

Taking down existing aluminium door shutter with frame area exceeding 1 Sqm and re-fixing in same opening after repair/replace the defective parts (any type of aluminium section) complete.Note : Aluminium parts will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & Fixing in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for mirror/granite polishing of Kota stone in flooring, skirting, risers and treads etc with and including pointed with grey cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of Kota stone whereever as reqd complete.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm in flooring and 120 cm x 25 cm in treads) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including half round edge moulding, cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) over and including cement screed bed 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base including rubbing and mirror polishing, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for half rounding to Kota/Green Udaipur marble stone in edge of flooring, treads, parapet or in window cill etc.complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on external surfaces of brick work, concrete surfaces or stone walls upto double storey bldgs in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including liquid water proofing compound using as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. Note : (i) Rendering upto 9 mtr ht shall be included in the quoted rate).

Material and labour for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour Preparation of old plastered or newly plastered surfaces of walls any apply three coat of white wash on walls upto tripple storey bldgs including cleaning of windows/ventilators glass panes complete all as spd and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of old corrugated steel roof sheet surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
