Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Pidilite/Sika

Complete removal of existing treatment of any type/description from walls/RCC surfaces/ceilings etc with mechanical means/grinder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal/external surfaces of walls/ceilings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and directed. Make of wall Putty : JK wall Putty / Birla Wall care Putty / Bison Wall Putty. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further finishes. Please note that the further finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller/brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer complete all as specified and directed. Make of Interior Wall Primer : Asian / Berger / Nerolac [Best Quality]. Make of Interior Emulsion : Asian (TRACTOR) / Berger (BISON) / Nerolac (BEAUTY SMOOTH).

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border and the like works and flooring etc, 15-16 mm thick including bull-nosing the exposed sides, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.
