Taking down chowkats or frames, exceeding 1.5 but n.exc. 4 Sqm in each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting openings through stone walls for window and other openings or enlarging existing openings etc or cutting out defective masonry built in cement mortar including providing fixing and removing shoring cleaning and stacking stone and removing surplus stone and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for forming jambs etc to opening (to foregoing item) with stone retrieved under item above including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work including facing and pointing if needed to match with existing work complete all as directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring, etc and finished the surface fair to receive top layer screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified ceramic, designed, coloured, tiles, 10 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exc 0.42 sqm, in floors, etc including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, as in floors etc, including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigments to match with the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium anodised coloured powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) frame for doors, windows and ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as directed.
