Schedule 'A' Section - I

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 all as per IS-1077-1992 (minimum compressive strength of brick 100 kg / Sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but " except bricks" complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4 with or without WPC @ 2.5% by weight of cement finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (If WPC used shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only )

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of old brick/stone or concrete surfaces at any height incl walls, cornices etc. in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (External surface) & curing and incl taking down old plaster, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls incl cornices, chajjas, sun shades etc. and applying two coat of cement base paint, complete all as specified.

Demoliation of cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as in sub base & in foundation concrete all as specified .

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm & 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in flooring/hardstanding etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and spike rolling to surfaces or making impressions of expanded metal, whilst the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and PCC tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc, laid beded and pointed in any mortar and removing the rubbish outside of MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment.

M&L for Sand filling under interlocking coloured paver block average 25mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in drain both side kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc in hard/dense soil

Removing exacavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type.

Supply and fixing chain link MS galvanised fancing (Diamond pattern) including line wire, wire dia 3mm to 4.06mm, any mesh size and type, including provision of binding wire for straining and fixing to wood, concrete or steel posts with bolting or weilding, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, complete all as specified.

Excavation in posts holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cubic metre, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and good surface in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

S&F for post or struts in fencing Mild Steel angle iron 75 x 75 x 6 mm or other flat or round sections as required including cutting at top and bottom to shape as directed, including welding the cut portion at top, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. & mild steel iron flat 50x5mm connecting struts to posts with 3 Nos. mild steel bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia and washers, complete all as specified.

S&F MS round bars 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape as required and welded end to end with iron posts Gd.I, IS- 432 (Part I) Part- I complete.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, fillings and mass concrete, complete all as specified.

Fixing and restraining, resecuring incl making good staples etc, (Galvanised two strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing) to any type of standard rails including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified. (Each line of wire to be measured.

Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new/old steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described including preparation of steel surfaces, complete all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 29447.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
