Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour RCC over head reservoirs & high rise structures exceeding 10 mtr height but not exceeding 20 mtr height from ground level including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on old surface RCC over head reservoirs & high rise structures exceeding 10 mtr height but not exceeding 20 mtr height from ground level including necessary scaffolding using brush for 1st coat and 2nd/ final coat with Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over priming coat of exterior primer on new or untreated plastered surfaces RCC over head reservoirs & high rise structures exceeding 10 mtr height but not exceeding 20 mtr height from ground level including necessary scaffolding using brush for priming coat and 1st coat and 2nd/ final coat with Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of chajja / roof projection by taking down old plaster, damaged concrete surface,cutting of exposed reinforcement and making good with 1:4 including admixture of SBR (cost of SBR including) as per manufacturer, and provide reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required, necessary scaffolding,formwork etc up to 20 Mtr height and applying 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 including providing chicken mesh wire netting where necessiaty , finishing the surface even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted of steel or iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick, RCC, stone walls & RCC over head rservoirs & high rise structures exceeding 10 mtr height but not exceeding 20 mtr height from ground level including necessary scaffolding including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to out side MS land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair face of brick work /concrete surfaces/ PCC block/stone masonry wall surface, RCC over head reservoirs & high rise structures exceeding 10 mtr height but not exceeding 20 mtr height from ground level including necessary scaffolding including mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately

M&L for guniting with cement coarse sand 1:3 with and including water proofing bonding agent of FOSROC/SIKA/Pidilite @ 1 ltr per 50 kgs of cement and water cement ratio 0.45 used as per manufacturer's instruction using shotcrete pumps and allied equipment, uniform thickness 30mm to 50mm including 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) uniform and smooth finished upto height of 20 mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all kind of labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto 20 mtr height mentioned in respective items of work from ground level. (b) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belt, ropes, helmets, safety net etc. which are required for labours working at height of 3 mtr and above from ground level and all rate shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Supply and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric weight not exc 4 kgs/sqm cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia, fixed with existing reinforcement work upto height of 20mtr from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- (a) Quoted rate shall be inclusive of material, all kind of labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto 20 mtr height mentioned in respective items of work from ground level. (b) Adoption of necessary safety arrangement like safety belt, ropes, helmets, safety net etc. which are required for labours working at height of 3 mtr and above from ground level and all rate shall be mandatory and deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
