Providing and fixing of retro reflectorised Hazard Marker Traffic Sign made out of High Intensity Prissmmaattic Grade Sheeting confirming to Type-IV standards of IRC:67-2012 and ASTM D 4956-09, specification and fixed over 2mm thick Aluminium sheet fixed over a back supporting frame of 25mmx25mmx3mm Mild steel angle and supported on a mild steel angle post 75x75x6mm and 0.60m below ground level. Providing and fixing reflective road studs of Catogory B raised pavement markers made out of poly corbonate/ABS moulded body and reflective panels (bi-reflectors) with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal face with retro-reflectance and chromaticity values confirming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-Do.III dt.11.06.97 and the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat with in 1.3mm. The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lensess shall be moulded of Polycorbonate or Methlyl Methecrylate corfirming to ASTM D788. The area of each retro-reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sqm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks of not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage.
