Outsoursing of services for manning and operation of water supply filtration plant installations located at Prothrapur by employing One FGM in one shift of 8 hours in a day and two helpers each in three shifts (0600hrs to 1400hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) and including Sundays & holidays complete for operating the pump sets, DG sets, Air blowers, chemical dosing pumps, Clarifloculator etc., all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note: (i) DHPP[N] required for running the DG set and Engine oil required for topping up in DG set shall be issued by the Department. (ii) Water treatment chemicals such as Altoch GP granules, Bleaching powder, Lime, Alum, Calcium hypo chloride, Poly alluminium chloride & Sodium hypo chloride for filtration of water shall be issued by the Department. (iii) Spares required for DG set shall be measured & paid separately as 'Supply only'. However the labour charges for fixing the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (v) The unit rate quoted includes cost of transportation of the materials like DHPP(N) water treatment chemicals etc., issued by the department under Schedule `B' from the store yard to place of work.

Outsoursing of services for manning and operation for 50 KLD desalination plant operating from raw water lift well upto final lorry filling point each every machine/system like flash mixer, flocculator, DAF Clarifier, MGF, cartridge filters, RO plant and panel operation and auto and manual mode and maintain all pumps and motors run regularly and day to day adding chemicals and maintain system functional and back wash system of membrane and complete plant at Brichgunj area and also filling treated water storage tanks, treated water filling in lorry point, etc.by employing One FGM and one Helper per shift of 8 hours in two shifts per day, all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including Sunday and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) 16 hours will be considered as day and 8 hours will be treated as one shift and timing of shift will be as decided by Engineer-in-charge. (b) General maintenance of installation premises including cleaning of vegetation and wild growth in and around pump in use, valve chambers, etc. shall be carried out all as per directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (c) All the tools required for carrying out the job shall be provided by the contractor. (d) Proper raincoat, uniform with name plates displaying all the details shall be provided to the duty personnel by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. If the SSK found without uniform and in rainy season without raincoat a recovery of 500.00 per day per person will be recovered from dues of contractor. (e) Contractor shall ensure the following provisions as laid down in Contract Labour Act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc are complied with by the contractor. (f) Contractor shall provide a Mobile telephone with free incoming facility to receive call from departmental staff.

Outsoursing of services for manning and operation for carrying out repair/ maintenance and attending complaints related to external electrification in distribution system and attending service calls and rectify the defects and restore the electric supply, at any location inside HQ AFC complaint cell including decarbonizing the burnt marks, cleaning lugs, worn out screws, nuts, bolts and washers, tightening the loose connections wherever required and restoring the power supply within 24 hours by employing one Electrician per shift of 8 hours in three shifts (0600hrs to 1400hrs, 1400hrs to 2200hrs and 2200hrs to 0600hrs) including Sundays & holidays all as given below and all as mentioned in particular specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) The contractor shall ensure that all the provisions as laid down in contract labour act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc are complied.

Outsoursing of services for manning and operation of Plant room of swimming pool and maintaining the healthy water parameter for swimming, adding chemical on requirement basis, regular testing of water quality, recording the test results in a separate register and monitoring and recording the running parameters of various equipment’s & dosing pumps installed in the plant room, operating the electric control Panel/switches and filtration plant including pumpsets, chemical dosing equipments, control valves, and carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of swimming pool using pool cleaning apparatus like nylon wire, brushes, operating handle etc, cleaning side walls and pool bed with suction sweeper complete etc by employing One FGM per shift of 8 hours in two shifts per day including sunday and holidays at Station Swimming Pool Brinchgunj Mil Station complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (a)The work include: (i) Remove Skim debris out of the pool. (ii) Clean all scum channel during swimming season (iii) Clean the walls and floor using cleaners, brushes and vacuum/suction sweeper as directed starting at the shallow end and continue to the deep end. Overlap each stroke when vacuuming and brushing to cover all areas thoroughly. Always keep the vacuum head under water while in use. (iv)Clean all equipment, including drains and skimmers. (v) Remove all debris/floating foreign materials from the pool. (vi) Scrub and vacuum the pool walls and floor to remove any algae or scum 16 hrs will be considered as day and 8 hrs will be treated as one shift. Timing of shifts for operation at water supply installations/ Swimming pool will be as decided by Engineer -in- charge

(b) Daily Log sheet including running Hrs, maint carried out shall be maintained by the FGM on duty in the installation and the same shall be periodically checked & signed by JE E/M and Engineer-in-charge and contractor. (c) The FGM on duty will carry out the daily/routine maints of the plants installed at Swimming Pool and any defects / short comings noticed shall be intimated to the JE in charge of the installation. (d) The chemicals used for such as sodium hypo chlorite/soda ash/ copper sulphate/ ammonia / alum etc for the treatment of water shall be maintained and will be supplied by the dept. (e) General cleaning of installation including clearing of vegetation etc around the installation shall be carried out all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (f) Contractor shall be ensured to follow all the provisions as laid down in Contract Labour Act 1970 such as payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc.

(g) Proper raincoat, uniform with name plates displaying all the details shall be provided to the duty personnel by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. If the FGM found without uniform and in rainy season without raincoat during working outside a recovery of 300.00 per day per person will be recovered from dues of contractor. (h) Contractor shall provide a Mobile telephone with free incoming facility to receive call from departmental staff. (j) Suction sweeper shall be issued by the contractor and all other cleaning apparatus & T&P required shall be provided by Contractor. (k) Rate quoted are deemed to be included for minor spares like, spider coupling sweeper brush, floats nylon ropes ,tile cleaner ,and all necessary items for completer task etc.
