Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agigated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge. All works upto Plinth level : M-15 grade plain cement concrete cum (cement content considered @ 240 kg/cum)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material as per clause 304 of MORT&H specifications Ordinary soil Mechanical Means Depth 3 m to 6 m Note:- Cost of dewatering up to 7.5 per cent of labour & machinery cost may be added, where required. Assessment for dewatering shall be made as per site conditions.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 in sub-structure including scaffolding complete excluding pointing and plastering, as per drawing and MoRT&H Specifications 1300 and 2200
