1.Supply to be as per tender specification 2.OEM or authorized dealer to quote , dealers to submit valid Authorized Dealership Certificate (ADC ) from OEM at the time of quoting, failing which offer will be summarily rejected

(i) In case of road delivery, the date of delivery at destination (Consignees end) shall only be treated as delivery date irrespective of F.O.R./F.O.T. condition mentioned elsewhere in the contract/tender.
