12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shads : New work (Two or more coats) over and including water thinable priming coat with cement primer.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats on old work.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary fillings up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing and panelling to be paid for separately) : For shutter for door,window & ventilator including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fittings wherever required. Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) : With float glass panes of 4.00 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedastal type water closet ( European type WC pan ) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white PVC, flushing cistern with manually controlled device ( handle lever ), conforming to IS: 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever requidred: WC pan with ISI marked White solid plastic seat and lid. ( Simpolo Rectangulor floor mounted European pan.)

Providing and fixing wash basin with padestal C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps,32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require White Vitreous China Flat back wash basin size 550x400 mm with single 15 mm C.P. brass pillar tap.

Brickwork with fly bricks of class desiganation 35 ( size of 9.00" x4.50" x 2.50" in super structure in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make , in all coloursand shade, in skirting,riser of step over 12 mm thick bed of cement morter1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand ) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete : Size of tiles 600 x 600mm (Double charges )

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Ordinary cement without any pigment

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- all work upto plinth level - 1:4:8 ( 1 cement 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing internal wall panels on Aluminium rectangular tube 40 mm x20 mm frame work with 8.00 mm thick Bison cement panel board as per standard sizes fixed with self-drilling / taping screws / fasteners @ 60cm c/c of approved make, Screws shall be of counter sunk rib head of 1.60mm to 4 mm thick of 8 to 10 gauge of length varying from 25 to 45 mm. Proper taping and jointing to be done using fiber mesh tape and epoxy and acrylic based jointing compound for seamless finish.

Making soak pit 2.50 m diametre 3.00 metre deep with 45 x45 cm dry brick honey comb shaft with bricks and PVC drain pipe 110 mm diametre,1.8 m long complete as per standerd design.With common burnt clay bricks.
