Gen. Servicing of HT LT Panels at ID sub station SFB

General servicing of 11 KV OCB of 630A capacity, by drawout from HT panel, checking of male and female contacts, checking of trip bridge mechanisum, 48V DC supply and control wiring, applying of grease, oil, checking of IR values, submitting of test report as required.

Supplying and fixing of following accessories in the existing HT panel. a) 230V AC 80/100 Watts space heaters.

b) Heavy duty stem type safety thermostat.

c) 6Amps DP MCB including wiring for heaters and thermostats with 2.5 sqmm copper wire (approx 25 Mtrs).

d) 2 Core x 1.5 sqmm copper armoured cable

e) Monoplast sealings for all HT terminations and bus joints in bus bar chambers.

Supplying and fixing of IDMT relay of electronic type including control wiring and programming for existing 1500kVA transformer as protection, including removing the old faulty IDMT relay, providing new MS mounting plate, programming the relay as per the existing Load etc., as reqrd., (Make M/s L&T model No. MC61 Anx).

Supplying and fixing wiring of 8pin 48 V DC PLA relay.

Supplying and laying of 3 core 11kV grade 95Sqmm XLPE aluminium conductor cable with ISI mark from HT Panel to 1500 Kva Transformer-2 laying in existing trench/ open surface.

Supplying and making 11kV grade indoor/ outdoor type end termination kit with heat shrinkable joint kit to the existing 3core 95Sqmm XLPE, 11kV H.T. cable including crimping of lugs, providing cable supporting clamps, testing etc as required. (Make M/s Raychem or SS make)

Supply, fixing, testing of 415 volts AC, Under Voltage Coil Assy for existing 800/2500 Amps ACB including control wiring in the existing Panel by removing old burnout coil, etc as required

Filtration of transformer oil for 1500kVA Indoor transformer at site, such as removal of all suspended particals like dust, rust, scales, colloidal carbon oxidation sludge etc., degassing and dehumidification of transformer oil under vaccum. circulation of heated oil and filling of treated oil in transformer tank, de-acidification by evaporation and absorption meathod and including transportation of filtering machine, providing test cetificate etc., as required.

Top up of transformer oil in the conservator tank up to the minimum level after filtration of the transformer oil etc., as req.

Supplying and fixing of silica gel breather including removing the old breather etc., as required.

General servicing of existing 2500/800A capacity ACB in the MV panel/ Essential Panel/ DG CO Panels/ DG Control Panels cleaning of contacts with CTC (carbon tetra chloride chemical), checking of trip bridges, shunt trip, UV coil, applying oil and grease for moving contacts checking of interconnections from the IDMT relay to ACB and other minor connected works as per the manufacturer's maintenance manual procedure.

General servicing of MV panel/ essential panels/ capacitor panel/ DG CO panel by checking for any loose wires, contacts, tightening the link bolts, checking of overheating of any wires, links rectifying the defects if any, cleaning the complete panel with blower to remove the dust etc., as required.

General servicing of 1500kVA bus trunking of each transformer by removing of doors, checking for any loose contacts, tightening the joints, linking bolts, checking of overheating of any joints, cleaning the complete panel with blower to remove the dust, replacement of worn out rubber gasket etc., as required.

Supplying and fixing of 230/110 volts AC LED indication lamps in the existing LT panels including removing of faulty as required.

Supplying and fixing of 6 Amps HRC Fuse Links in the existing LT panels including removing of faulty as required.

Supply and fixing of 96 x 96 mm Digital Ammeter / Voltmeter in existing MV panel by removing of faulty including mounting plate to sutable of existing 144 x 144 mm meters etc., as reqd.,

Supply and fixing of 63 Amps HRC fuse link/ base in capacitor panel including removing of faulty as reqd.,

Supply and laying of 16 sq mm copper flexible cable including crimping of copper lugs, removing of burnt cable in capacitor panel as reqd.,

Cleaning of HT Panel cubicle inside and outside with blower, cleaning with CTC/sand paper, removing all the dust, heating the cubicle with hot air gun to remove the moisture from the cubicle, Painting with enamel paint on all sides (inside and outside) with bottle spray paint of approved colour, including cleaning HT spouts with CTC, providing and fixing bolts/washers for covers etc., as required.
