Design, Fabrication, Supply & Installation at site of :- Steel work in built up tubular(SHS/RHS/CHS), MS rolled structural members such as Angles, Channels & Plates etc. including cutting, hoisting fixing in position, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge Hot finished welded type tubes, Confirming ERW Pipes "IS 1161 / IS 1239 YST 310/240" Upto 350mm dia "IS 3589 YST 310/240"(for above 350mm dia) SHS/RHS "IS 4923" (TATA / JINDAL / BHUSHAN / SAIL) and plate as per "IS 2062 E250" all plates to be CNC profile cut, Steel work cost includes architectural covering with SS 316 sheet of the gutter ring, clits & insert tubes for light fixing, drainage pipe & electrical cable pipe to be GI with elbows and bends cladded with Fabric TYPE II PVC coated polyester, surface coating of "cross link PVDF" wt of 1050 GSM, Tensile strength of 430/430 Dan/5Cm, light transmittance of 8%, (Ferrari /Mehler or equivalent), Tensioned over steel frames with all fittings and fixtures such as catenary cables , membrane plates, swedge, fork etc. as per the direction of Engineer in Charge. inclusive of design, providing and fixing fabric with all necessary accessories as required as per approved design complete. (Material Specification :-Tie Cables Galvanized Steel Core (Make :- Usha Martin / Bharat Wire Rope etc.), Material of End terminals and Nut bolts SS 304, forged HDGI bow shackles, End plates Mild Steel with Hot dip galvanized along with powder coating , Fabric Fixing Nuts and bolts HDG with 80 microns all complete.
