Construction of Pre-Stressed, Precast RCC S&T Buildings in C/W Interlocking of L.C. gates TUV>20000 in the section of ADSTE/MB of Moradabad Division.

Manufacturing, fabrication, erection & commissioning of U shaped solid prestressed precast concrete interlocking panels of minimum 70mm thickness of M-35 grade concrete (as per approved mix design) for S&T building, as per approved NRHQ Plan No. 0-97/2017/R1, including all labour, material, T&P (for lifting, placing & aligning of elements) as a complete job. The work includes providing acid proof floor tiles, finishing work with cement base putty and emulsion paint on walls and roof, water proofing, fixing of MS door frames & shutters, windows & ventilators grills etc. as per plan/direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes all loading, leading, lifting, unloading, all taxes, GST etc. as a complete job. NOTE 1. Reinforcement steel shall be Fe-500 high strength steel conforming to relevant IS code. 2. Each precast panel should have welded mesh of 75mm X 75mm X 3.5mm thickness throughout. 3. The legs of the Panel should have 2 bars of 10mm steel bars each. 4. The Panels should be pre stressed with 4 mm high tensile wires @ 135mm c/c spaced. 5. The Panels should be bolted with 200mm & 10mm High Tensile steel bolts. 6. The roof should be strengthened by precast caps of 290mm width, continuously along the length over the legged joints of the parts. There should be coated 2 coats of asian paint epoxy waterproofing paints. The side edge bends shall be properly finished and coated with red exterior weather coat. 7. Acid proof tiles of approved quality shall be provided in the floor as per IS 4457-1982. 8. Doors should be made of MS sheet of 0.80mm thickness suitably welded with frame, including fittings. 9. Rate includes cost of 2 doors, 6 ventilators. 10. There should be openings of 2 exhaust fans. 11. The rate includes providing and fixing of 2 exhaust fans, 3 ceiling fans, 8 tube light, MCB boxes, Electric wire 3/20, fan regulators, 6/15 Amp switches. 12. The rate includes plumbing work such as supply and installation of 1 ceramic wash basin of Hindustan/similar make with bib cock and water pipe for inlet & water outlet. 13. The interior surface should be white washed with emulsion paint (3 coats) and external surface should be snowcem (2 coats) of approved quality.

Providing and installing 24 nos driven pre-cast reinforced cement concrete piles of 190mm diameter of 3m depth (length below pile cap) in M-25 cement concrete to carry safe load of 2 S&T building along with all labour, material, T&P, shuttering, centering etc. as a complete job. The rate includes construction of pile cap of 8mm thick MS Plate, fixed on the piles with 8mm dia bolt of high tensile SS. The piles will be reinforced with 3-10mm bars & 8 stirrups @ a distance of C/C 200mm. A pre-cast plinth beam to be placed on top of the pile and secured by way of a 12mm high tensile SS bolts
