Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing demolished material to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 1000m and deposited where dircted as specified.

M&L for providing water proofing treatment on inaccessible roof surfaces ( horizontal and vertical surfaces) through authorised applicator of manufacturers comprising (a) Preparation of old concrete surfaces and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm (b) 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type Bo using 12.50mm graded aggergate levelling course (c) rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC as per manufacturer's instructions (d) Applying a coat of Oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.30 Kg/square metre (e) Providing 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified water proofing membrane reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/sqm , side and overlaps not less than 75mm and 100mm , sealed and bonded to the surfaces with torch application. (f) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 gram per square metre (min) per coat as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified. Note:- (i) Water proofing compound shall be measured separately. (ii) For the purpose measurement and payment, roof area shall be measured and paid for.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections , including and removal and M&L 15 mm nominal bore Mild steel galvanised water tubing , medium grade (ISI) marked , with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling , floors, etc.) 15 mm nominal bore complete all as specified ( Note:- Refixing means including taking down existing pipes and fittings. However, new Galvanised mild steel pipe fittings if required shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections , including and removal and M&L 20 mm nominal bore Mild steel galvanised water tubing , medium grade (ISI) marked , with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified.

Refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling , floors, etc.) 20m nominal bore complete all as specified ( Note:- Refixing means including taking down existing pipes and fittings. However, new Galvanised mild steel pipe fittings if required shall be measured and paid separately)

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs , cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position ( Exc 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres complete all as specified and directed. ( Cleaning of tanks shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by contractor)

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs , cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position ( Exc 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres complete all as specified and directed. ( Cleaning of tanks shall be deemed included in the unit rates quoted by contractor)

Dismantling PVC water tanks of 500 litres capacity including float valve and S&F Rotational moulded poly-ethylene water storage tanks (ISI marked) ( cylinderical vertical with closed top ) 500 litres capacity ,hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. .(Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified.

Dismantling PVC water tanks of 1000 litres capacity including float valve and S&F Rotational moulded poly-ethylene water storage tanks (ISI marked) ( cylinderical vertical with closed top ) 1000 litres capacity ,hoisted and fixed in position including S&F 20mm size Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. .(Minimum weight 210 gms) complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle screwed bothy ends for iron pipe or for unions all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls , concrete block walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc. and removing of the rubbish.

Demolition Brickwork or stone boulder masonry/PCC block masonry , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

M&L Brickwork with old size fly ash bricks., straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Ditto as item No 15 above but using old serviceable bricks including cleaning of mortar from bricks complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs Eco Boards 600x600x4mm thick decorative type fixed over existing aluminium grid frame work including two coats of oil emulsion paint over a coat of primer complte all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards ( fibre, pulp, insulation ,etc. ) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets and grid work and M&L False Ceiling with Exposed Metal ( Aluminium anodised ) frame work 610mmx610mm and 4 mm thick, White, pre-premiered, self embossed, non asbestos fibre cement Board (Reinforced Designer Board) conforming to IS-14862 and ISO-8336 ,duly suspended with ceiling complete all as specified.

Taking down existing serviceable fan/tube light fitting/ceiling light fitting by disconnecting electrical connections and refixing in the same locations and making connections ( after new false ceiling is provided) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) (hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon, AZ 150 gm/sqm both side) , Zincalume (steel) based ,of an approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, and finished with resin coat on both surfaces as in roof covering/ cladding to wall,including flashings , ridges, valley etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified ( Roof area shall only be be measured for the purpose of payment )

S&F Pre-painted galvalume( hot dip alloy of 55% Aluminium 43.5% Zinc 1.5% Silicon, AZ 150 gm/sqm both side) , Zincalume (steel) based plain sheet 0.50mm thick ,of an approved colour, having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, and finished with resin coat on both surfaces as in gutters etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm garded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular post/trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes an approved product of BIS IS 1161-1979 grade St. 240 including painting structural steel with one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface ) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified.

S&F rolled steel of grade Fe-410W(Grade 250) quality 'A' in roof truss (framed), trussed purlin, crane gantries rail and fastening and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, chnnel, flat sections ) including distance piece, cleats etc all as specified.

S&F Mild steel screw bolt 5 to 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut exceeding with length of bolt exc 5cm but not exceeding 10cm all as specified

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (Ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment , Fe410-W( Gde E-250) quality A, all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick below or above ground level all as specified.

M& L for 40mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base to floors finished even and fair to receive floor finishes all as specified.

M& L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying flooring etc complete all as specied.

M& L for 20 to 25mm thick machine cut kota stone of size not less than 550x550mm as in floor laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixe with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M& L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection / path including side form work and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified .

M& L for 15 to 18 mm thick machine cut kota stone of suitable size as in vertical surface such as skirting /dado/risers of stair etc over and including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 ,bedded jointed , pointed in coloured cement including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

Taking down AC rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) and S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592 , type 'B , pressure rating 6 Kg /cm square in any length with rubber ring joints/ solvent ( conforming to IS-14182) cementing joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

Taking down AC rain water pipes ( any size or pattern) and S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592 , type 'B , pressure rating 6 Kg /cm square in any length with rubber ring joints/ solvent ( conforming to IS-14182) cementing joints fixed to walls complete all as specified.

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends ( ISI marked) 110 mm bore with access door complete all as specified

S&F in repair PVC (SWR) bends ( ISI marked) 75 mm bore with access door complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying with two coats of exterior emulsion paint ( Apex or weather coat) , white or tinted over a coat of primer on surfaces of walls complete all as specified .

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces , in cement and sand mortar 1:6, top surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.
