1.) Construction of Two Class room Building in PUM School at Kallappalyam H/O Vellarivelli

Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, Sectioning the street to lay concrete pavement etc.,

Cement Concrete in 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed .

Filling With Collected Sand As Per Standard Specifications etc Complete.

Refilling with excavated earth as per standard specifications atc complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 X 11 X 7 cm for the following including curing etc.,complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and errecting shuttering including necessary support for the plane surface in foundation basement and roof slabs strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surrface for floors etc., complete .

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position inild steel or ribbed tor steel and all reinforced cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc complete complying with Standard (MS rods or RTS rods) which will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate. The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Weathering course a concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauage in pure slaked lime (no sand to be added )over the jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume and laid over in asingle layer and consolidated to the required designed and finished thickness by beating the concrete with the wooden beaters of the approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by sprinking lime jaggery water as per standard specification etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M.Sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of pressed tiles of size 20 X 20 X 2 mm laid in CM 1:3 12 mm thick mixes with W.P. compound laid 2 % weight of cement etc., complete.

Paving the floor Anti skid tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 20mm thick. And pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specification and as directed by the department officers .(The ceramic tiles should be got approved from the Department officers before execution ).

Paving the floor with best quality Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three M.Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Providing the UPVC (un -Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride ) Door :Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) Sections .profiles The profiles should three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm .The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded . Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforced with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability . The sash should be of 60 x74mm .The profiles should have co extruded seals. Hardware : All the hardware like friction stays ,handles should be screwed with self tapping screws .The haandels ,locks should be designed so that they cannot be release from outside glazing : The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison installation :The Profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (unplasticized polyvinl choloride ) windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free ,the profiles are multi chambered sections with the wall thick of 2mm . The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with all over all the edges opf frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag muliti power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned . Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakege of water even at most ranging storms and should have the lockable action , security protective hinges , strong locking stsyem and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss . The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window . The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames
